I appreciate the regular software upgrades designed to protect customers from prospective fraudsters.

Compared to the previous version of this app I’m not impressed. Difficult and frustrating to try and find things. The view is really busy and overwhelming. My husband and mom both use the same bank and have made the same comments.

The banking app is simple to use not a lot of bugs in lock out that happens sometimes with most apps and saves me a trip to the bank I enjoy using

The app is always super accessible and easy to use if i do have any issues when i call the customer service is on point.
Not so good
The deposit screen no longer allows you to do more deposits. Only gives the option to be done. Also, when transferring money the ‘deposit’ button is off the bottom if the screen. Both concerns are problematic.
