Compared to the previous version of this app I’m not impressed. Difficult and frustrating to try and find things. The view is really busy and overwhelming. My husband and mom both use the same bank and have made the same comments.

The banking app is simple to use not a lot of bugs in lock out that happens sometimes with most apps and saves me a trip to the bank I enjoy using

The app is always super accessible and easy to use if i do have any issues when i call the customer service is on point.
Not so good
The deposit screen no longer allows you to do more deposits. Only gives the option to be done. Also, when transferring money the ‘deposit’ button is off the bottom if the screen. Both concerns are problematic.

For over a week the app will not automatically use my Face ID, I have to put in username and password & then wait for a verification code to access my account on my phone
Bank app
This bank app is annoying because it keeps knocking the Face ID. Off every time I sign in. What’s the point??
Horrible
This one of the worst banks I’ve ever had in my life don’t use it what they don’t tell you is even if you don’t have money in ur checkings account but having money in your savings they’ll approve the transaction it doesn’t even matter how many transactions then when you try to talk to them about it they say it’s nothing they can do about it to top it off their always locking your account for absolutely no reason you don’t even get notifications when it’s a transaction the app is horrible and they have no type of customer service to help you out on the weekend or after office hours
