Credit is improving
I’m happy my credit is improving but I think the portion they keep for their work is excessive to say the least. I’m paying FDR more than I’m paying on my credit card debt.

Pain in the butt
I need to update my bank account, each time i log in it don’t accept my password and they have 12,000 password requirements. Once i log in i CANT even update my bank account, what a joke. I call them as required and they are OF COURSE closed for holiday. and this is my only day off this week. absolutely worthless app

Dislike of FDR
I truly dislike FDR approach. And I know I was commissioned-lead on how FDR conducts business. It was never explained that FDR is going to ignore creditors until it is the right time for FDR. I get daily harassing phone calls from creditors and have even been sued in small claims court by a creditor. Because FDR only talks to creditors when they want to.
