I experienced this program follows a standard format and may not offer the personalized experience that all individuals might be looking for. They enroll many participants and use a general approach that might not meet everyone's unique needs.

Login is a download file?
There’s no way to create a new account in the app. The website has tons of tools, but it too only has current user login ability. The new user is a dead end download file with zero KB.

Advices
Other than 1-2 advices on diet and exercise, the course was not useful. The doctor's team was supposed to advise on medicines as per sugar levels, but that didn't happen. Additionally, the app is very slow, and all videos take a long time to load that you end up giving up on watching anything on the app.

Issues with new version
It seems that the revised App is released in a hurry. New issues keep cropping up every now and then.
In my iPhone now Save Button is not working so I can’t save the information that I want to convey to the experts.

New update is disappointing
The latest update of app requires otp to login. It’s so difficult to login if there is no network at all. It was great with login using email and password

Lot of bugs and it stops working for basic things.
Audio issues on iPhone
I have been using this app for a couple of weeks now. It does a pretty decent job of collecting vitals and keeping the support team informed. There are, however, several usability improvements that could be made. But the one compelling me to write a review is a broken functionality! iPhone users cannot get audio in the education portal section of the App! It feels like the silent movie era, although I never experienced it:-) Those of us living abroad rely on the recorded sessions due to time difference!!

App has so many issues
Diet Log entries do not show properly. Most of the time it shows blank even though data is entered. And can be confirmed by doing a select all and copy paste to other place. Sometimes it shows a single line and not the other text, but most times completely blank. Very frustrating and makes app’s main feature unusable. Have been complaining since over a month, no response or action on fix. Disappointed big time.

Keeps crashing, the very basic purpose of logging your readings gets defeated, this is specially happening after the upgrade

Ever since the latest upgrade came in the application is crashing after launching and in use. Especially when you move to another app and come back to this app. Subsequently only a restart of phone is helping to use app again. But the symptoms continue to be same after restart as well

OTP Not generated or sent to USA no.
