Не могу получить помощи от поддержки уже неделю, я неделю не могу вывести деньги и мне неделю не могут с этим помочь, меня просто игнорируют!!!! Какой-то кошмар!!! CPU heat issues in IPhone 14 Pro Max
Not sure if it’s a general issue, but on an IPhone 14 Pro Max, seconds after login, back of the phone is flaring up! It feels like app is hogging CPU like real bad on this model.

Отвратительная Тех. Поддержка в приложении, как только ты оставляешь заявку она висит не больше 15-20 минут и после чего, она автоматически закрывается, и её нужно будет снова отправлять повторно, такого бреда я ещё ни в одном приложении не видел.
Συνεχείς ανακρίβειες σε αποδόσεις
Η πλατφόρμα έχει συνέχεια λάθη στις αποδόσεις. Για παράδειγμα το etf SXR8 το έδειχναν με -98% απόδοση για το τελευταίο εξάμηνο. Αδιανόητα λάθος, ούτε μεθυσμένος δεν θα είχε τέτοια ανακρίβεια πόσο μάλλον όταν πρόκειται και για εταιρεία δισεκατομμυρίων. Επίσης δεν είναι εύκολη η αγορά με limit orders καθώς επίσης δεν έχουν καλή ακρίβεια στην πραγματική τιμή των assets. Τους έχω κάνει αρκετές αναφορές για το ζήτημα και μου είπαν θα το διορθώσουν. Είμαι ήδη στην αναζήτηση άλλης πλατφόρμας.

C’est dommage, il y a peu, la traduction en français était proposée afin de décrire les sociétés et leurs services. Pourquoi ne plus le proposer ?
De plus, avec l’application ouverte, cela consomme beaucoup de batterie, énormément ! Environ 1% par minute, ce n’est pas normal. À savoir que les notifications et arrière plan, tout est désactivé. Faites quelque chose svp.
Dans l’ensemble, tout est bon pour du trading. Commissions d’achat un peu trop élevée, d’autres plateformes demandent 1€ et ici 2€ + 0,02ct/action.
Quelque bug par ci par là, mais rien de grave.

Εδώ και 4 με 5 μήνες δε μπορούν να ακυρωσουν μια limit order που έχω. Κάθε φορά που μιλάω με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών τουλάχιστον 10 φορές μου λένε θα γίνει το συντομότερο δυνατό.
Μετά άλλαξε και έγινε έχουμε μιλήσει με το υπεύθυνο τμήμα δε φταίμε εμείς.
Και μετά θα σας ειδοποιήσουμε. Και μιλάμε για τη μισή αξία του portfolio οριακά. Τι να το κάνω αν έχουν ελληνικό support αν δεν απαντάνε ουσιαστικά στα προβλήματα των πελατών.
Κακιστη εξυπηρέτηση μακριά αν είσαι σοβαρος με τα λεφτά σου!!!

Charges are out of control
Charges are massive, 2% in order to deposit money another % when withdrawing , massive charges to purchase any stock, especially penny stocks, charges for options, there isn’t anything that justifies that, app and support are awful one of the worst out the in the market, hopefully now that Robinhood enters the EU market, this and trading 212 and Revolut crash to the ground so they can learn their lesson.

leider kein ipad format
durchdachte App - nur leider noch nicht für ipad Displays optimiert zu bekommen, dabei wäre / ist das ipad gerade für eine solche Anwendung geradezu prädestiniert. Allerdings ist die Webversion ganz ordentlich auf größeren Displays. Zudem wären eine Auswahl an Widgets nett…ß)

For the last several months I am trying to close my account and transfer out the funds, and cannot do it: they demand more and more documents, then reject them. Support is not replying, or replying simply “document was rejected”
