I ❤️ Jenny Ford & her workouts
I happened upon Jenny Ford during COVID when I couldn’t get to the gym. I did a step workout and I was instantly hooked. Jenny is fun, bubbly and very encouraging and keeps me engaged. I bought her Walk Across America dvd set and as soon as the app became available I signed up. I try to get in at least four workouts a week in. I’d love to see some kickboxing or HIIT workouts.

My step
I love step and Freedom.Fit is just the right one for me and in my opinion everybody. It offers so many options of exercises and a great way to learn how to step as Jenny is very professional and big on doing it right. It has many other fitness training strength yoga walk and you will find programs Jenny does mixed step and strengthening.
I have been in chemotherapy for almost two years it has come with loss of some stability memory and balance. Step has helped me regain this slowly but steadily. My balance is better as stepping will help you as you step up with one leg on step and the other leg up in various positions. The combination will help with your memory and you work your legs a lot in step they grow stronger and give stability. In intermediate/advanced I use no risers as this is also a brain workout in basics I’ll put on risers. Thank you Jenny for providing us with Freedom.Fit and your wonderful professional classes that are encouraging and so much fun. The best step workouts
I’ve had a step bench for years and enjoyed it back in the 80’s! Jenny does a fabulous job of teaching you the moves and combining them as you go and before you know it the time is up and you’ve gotten your heart beating and sweat on! Highly recommend for any level! Just start! You won’t regret it. I have the subscription and it’s worth every penny!

Motivating and Amazing workouts
Jenny makes it so easy for me to fit in exercise each day. Helping me strengthen my body, heart and mind. She gives you the control to intensify or keep things low key for a custom experience. The app is affordable and easy to use. Thank you Jenny!!
