Bad Cover Alignment
I ordered the photo book with Hardcover using their preset covers and it came shifted left so the front has a white space on the right and the spindle title is shift to the left that is is falling of being wrapped to the back of the book.
I asked for a reprint for them to fix it as it’s clearly they production error and they are trying to tell me i probably layed it out wrong and I would have to reorder and pay.
It’s literally their layouts, you have no control over the spine placement or shifted front.
No way to speak to a cs person just AI chat.

Poor Customer Service & Misleading Information
We purchased a product from FreePrints Photo Books and paid for express shipping. We needed these books by August 9th. When we placed our order on August 3rd the website indicated our books would arrive within 5-6 days from the order date. The books didn’t arrive until August 10th.
I contacted customer support before the order was delivered to request a refund. The refund was denied because the order was still in transit. Once the books were delivered, I contacted customer support again and was told that it takes 1-2 days for production. That’s not what the website said. I explained this to the customer support rep and they began arguing with me back in forth via email. When I asked to speak to a manager that was denied as well. This company to take accountability for the misleading information on their website nor have they offered a refund for the express shipping or for the photo books ordered.

Wanted to make a book so used this “Free” offer to give it a try. Selected 20 photos. Very pleased with quality of photos. Quality of pages, durability of cover. Next time will put more into it with captions & lay out. Will probably go with a large album. Thinking would like to do something like this for all 7 Grandchildren and give the albums to each of them for Christmas. I have found that during photo ops, the Grands are in the pictures but they never never get to really see them.
