No Maintenance, Mo Problems
The app has been broken for well over two months and I can’t load or spend my money on things I don’t need. I’ve contacted them a couple of times with no response. This is beyond ridiculous.
No Way to Get Leftover Money
The company that I used to work for had us pay through this app. Well you have to load money onto the account. I have money leftover on the account but I've since switched companies.
I cannot get my money back and they have not contacted me despite me contacting them.
And on top of that the app is just horrible. Bad design, laggy, just bad quality all around.

I’ve had a positive experience with this app, appreciating its user-friendly interface and straightforward reloading process. The recent facelift has further enhanced the UI, making navigation and usage even more intuitive.
One feature I particularly value is the ability to view my purchase history, which adds to the convenience. However, I’ve encountered a drawback after the latest update – my entire order history seems to have vanished.
Despite this issue, I still find the app remarkably convenient for my needs.

The app works fine but the cafe at Fairfax Kansas offers no “rewards” just overpriced options
