No support
I’ve received no response ever to support inquiries. I would also consider using their app for payment if it connected to the Apple Watch, as it is there no value to me otherwise.
Barely Works
The app doesn’t take your cc payments always, making you have to unload/reload your payment options. When you load funds to your gift card, it usually works. The other issue is when you have either CC or GC funds, and go to place your order, it grey’s out, and doesn’t take your order, causing you to have to close out of the app and go back in and place it all over again, hoping it will work. If it still doesn’t work, you have to delete the app and download it again, and sometimes it works. Other times, it does not. This is frustrating, especially after you put funds onto your GC that you can’t get back, and now have to wait until you can place the order in person, instead of ahead of the busy lunch rush.

Technically functional, but low quality
Pretty low quality app overall. Slow to respond, has some weird bugs, looks like an android app from 2012.

No inventory management makes this nearly worthless
The food venue that’s using this turns off menu items when an item is low on stock. So, half the time I end up having to go in person to order the item, not even sure if they have what I want…
so now I tend to not bother using the food venue at all.
