Poor quality

Ordered food thru the app a half hour prior. Food was not ready upon arrival. And was only prepared once I stood in line and requested. We have a 30 minute break, what’s the point of having an online service for pick up if your not going to make my food until get there. Mind you we pay thru the app. On top of that my food was slopped together with no toppings.

I’m unable to make choices when there are multiple options to choose with voiceover using this app. I inevitably end up going to the vendor and then I don’t get my stars.
