Terrible App
The app regularly logs you out, it is not intuitive at all, does not link well with the web server it is trying to sync with and takes 3 steps to get to anywhere you want to go… which eventually shows you nothing you are looking for. Example: you get a Fresh Thyme email about specials… you click on an item, it then takes you to the App Store (even though it’s already installed), then you have to click “Open,” which takes you to the app’s general home screen - with nothing related to what you were actually looking for originally.
Fresh Thyme is just a hot mess and completely behind all competitors with regard to technology and digital shopping.

Trying to Buy
I have to agree this may be the worst app. Simplifying should be a must.
Big promises. Nothing but frustration.
This app has never ever once worked in my four years of using it! It loops endlessly (log in, 404 error, sign up, log in, 404 error, go home, log in) —- I can’t check points, use points, or do anything at all on this tremendously useless and frustrating app.
I’m not a Luddite either. Even the store clerks are unable to help outside of “delete the app and re-download it” — which doesn’t fix the issue.
The rewards program would be truly useful if it worked.
Why bother having an app that is 100 percent useless?
Please, get rid of the app or fix it— but spare your customers the worst experience ever. I love the store but DREAD checking out every time.

Awful ads
What person in their right mind designs an app that doesn’t allow you to disable their notifications? Absolutely insane.
Only one view of item
I wish I could see ingredients and nutrition labels. Aggravating.
Good but room for improvement
Product ingredients aren’t listed. As a person with a lot of food sensitivities, I need to be able to see what ingredients are in each product. The app DOES allow you to filter out gluten free items, but no other specific dietary filtering (ie vegan, nut free, dairy free, etc). These are essential for me to use the app.
Also app doesn’t allow for choosing a specific replacement for items. It does allow you to leave a note, but being able to pick a specific replacement is important for me since I have very specific dietary restrictions.
I would like to support fresh thyme and order directly through them vs Instacart, but some of these improvements need to be made in order for me to consider using it on a more regular basis. Almost there, Fresh Thyme!

Had tried the app a while ago and got frustrated so deleted it. Tried again today and no way to get the password to let me sign in.
Doesn’t work
You say our points are here, but where? Tapping the links to my points just sends me in an endless loop of logging in and an ad for 50% off melons. Fresh Thyme, where. Are. My. Points.
Patience with Bugs
I’m soul excited Fresh Thyme market has a rewards program and an app. Hands down the best Fresh market in Chicago. It’s brand new though so let’s hope some of these bugs are worked out soon. Can’t see rewards points or easily clip coupons in app… circular pop ups.

Frustrating
Difficult to sign in to the app. It keeps putting me back to a location in Illinois and I have to redo it every time I'm on. I waste a lot of time at the checkout, trying to get it to work along with the cashier. I wish they could make it better.
Bad app
App is very difficult to navigate. Froze up often.

I love Fresh Thyme, but don’t go as much as I used to because app never works. I never get the deals and of course no rewards.

Worst grocery app
By far, the most aggravating and useless grocery app I’ve ever heard of. Even when using the app, there’s constant pop-ups asking me to download the app. Yes, the one I’m currently using.
Paths are circular. Cannot login for rewards because links either take me to the page I’m already on or to a broken link.
Repeatedly asked to sign in when I’ve already signed in multiple times.

The WORST
I don’t know why you bother to have an app. It keeps me asking me to sign in over and over. Rewards is pointless when it goes back to the home page. I can’t believe my favorite grocery has the worst app.
Needs updated badly
This app is a hinderance to online grocery shopping. Please take inspiration from Target and Amazons layout and UI. Im asked to sign in once every 3 minutes… it’s so glitchy. The app crashes frequently, even while in the middle of examining a listing. Products in store are not reflected in the app accurately although having already entered in my preferred store. The nutrition and product details are not entered in the product listing. There’s one jank photo of the product, others have no image at all. Please update this thing. It needs an overhaul.

Clunky chunky
From the texts that won’t STOP when prompted to the clunky layout, this app is barely serviceable. Attempting to limit notifications does not work. Quickly checking rewards points is not possible. The best I can say is that the store prices and sales are accurately reflected when planning a shop. It’s a shame that the app isn’t straightforward like most apps from a local grocery chain. This should not be so complicated.

Why can’t I just see the add without having to sign in who keeps track of passwords for everything just want to see what’s on sale now that we don’t get the paper
