Never loads
Will never load my account balance no matter how long I wait or how many times I try, it’s been two years now and they do nothing.
A good app, but there’s a few issues.
It was working well until the new update made it impossible to login with my university. Now I can’t use my meal swipes until they fix it. :(
All permissions on, I can't even sign up
this has been an issue with the app for a long time, unfortunately. I hit the issue on my phone of the app crashing every time I finish the initial sign up process, it just resets everything and restarts. I thought that if I signed up through my macbook I'd be able to just log in on my phone, but not even on here does this thing work. I can see reviews as far back as 2020 bringing this up, and it's not fixed yet? Across multiple devices?? Why do I need to upload a picture for this app, not even doordash/postmates/uber eats needs that. Immediately no.

Too buggy to function
First it removed my payment method, then when I tried to place an order it kept saying “can only order from a single location at a time”. What does that even mean? I AM ordering from a single location and it’s not letting me??
Easy use!
FreshX has made it so much easier to refuel between classes, I am a college athlete and this has made college life so much easier! Hot and Yummy food within 5 minutes, thanks FreshX!

Terrible sign up process
Downloaded the app, started the sign up and for some reason they require a photo…ok take photo, receive email that the photo has been updated, however it is not on the photo space in the sign up screen so you cannot proceed. Emailed the company, no response. Deleting the app and moving on.

I have an iPhone XR and it won’t let me sign in! So unusable for me.
Upload photo does not work on signup!
I have tried numerous times to sign up for FreshX at Rose State College. I take a profile photo as directed on the signup page, but the app does not uphold the photo at all. Thus, I cannot complete the signup to use the app. Useless app!
Problem Solved
Had a problem with ordering two times in a row, which was actually my fault! Awesome people running this app with great food. Will definitely be continuing to use them as a healthy, convenient option for lunch at work! Thanks FreshX team!!

The app worked fine for quite awhile, but now if I try to touch any part of the screen on the homepage the entire app crashes.

this app is horrendous. i was signed in perfectly fine, and then it signed me out for no reason and will no longer let me log back in. 0 STARS!!!
