Love Friendly’s. App is useless to me
I had an account with the former app, which never seemed to work correctly. I downloaded the new app, and it seemed to work fine.. The next time I try to use it, I was told my password was incorrect. I used the “reset password” link, and got a pop-up saying your email would be sent and to check my spam folder. Never got that email. I’ve tried multiple times over a few months.. So, the last time I went to Friendly’s, I signed up with a different email and new password. Again, used the app once. When I went to check if points have been credited, I received a message, “incorrect password.” Tried the “reset password” link to the new email address. Again, never received the mail. There is no way or link to contact anyone for help. There is a help link at the bottom of the App Store’s site, but that gives me options on how to recover my password from lunchbox. Is there any way to get help with this? Thank you.

Awful app
Absolutely terrible app spins and spins
App is garbage
I constantly have issues with this app. I put in my address go to select the store abd nothing happens. The only reason I use it is because my child prefers the grilled cheese yet for some reason that's not available on the DoorDash app.

Payment options are terrible
The app would not allow me to place an order for zero dollars without putting my credit card information in nor would it let me use Apple Pay. Friendly’s need to get with the latest technology.

Coupon code
No place to put coupon code called store and they had no clue how to work the app or online orders.
Not worth it
Just order from DoorDash. Idk who created this but they’re using app design from decades ago. No support for iOS autofill? Either lazy or cheap or both. Either way, the frustrating experience isn’t worth the minimal savings (literally like a couple dollars).

Can’t login
What use is an app that you can’t login to. I keep getting that the password is wrong (it isn’t) so I tried reset password but I never get the email (and yes I check the junk folder). Guess I’ll have to delete and order food from another restaurant

The app is slow and often freezes.
APP IS TRASH LAGGING 24/7
The app is terrible. I try to order for a whole hour. It kept kicking me out of the app because it was loading for so long. It was overheating my phone. Just to place an order for two things. It took eternity. Definitely ordering for Dairy Queen next time.
Payment options
Can’t use AMEX gift cards. Lack of options like Apple Pay, Venmo, etc. Also very glitchy.
Poor user ability
It was impossible to reset a password and to return to the order I created. Wasted at least a half an hour of time.
Online confusing
They gave me a pick up time and showed me that my total was zero but the red button at the bottom to order was confusing… So I thought I had submitted it, with all the given information that I hadn’t, and had to wait another 20 minutes

Ice cream is tops
Wish the restaurant would bring back chocolate almond chip ! Everybody seems to love it& and the restaurant took it out don’t understand why ?
