Works great. Nice to be able to control from anywhere.
The app works perfectly fine. Two features I would really like to have added. First is remember my settings. Also, it would be super helpful if I could use Siri to control the temperature.
Stuck on updating software
App worked great for a couple years. Apparently it updated firmware (?) last night and it’s not refreshing the status. I get a message telling me that the software is updating and not accessible via the app. I see a few others are having the same issue. Been a few hours and no luck. Hopefully the automated update can be set to manual so I never have this happen again. Automated updates always seem to screw things up when you’re away!!!

App is extremely glitchy.
As others have stated, I can't save new tasks or changes without hassle. I'll hit the save button over and over again, but when I exit that task, it tells me "do you want to leave without saving? Your changes will be lost."
Sometimes if you exit the task, go to home and come back it will have saved the task or change. Other times it just won’t.
Been like this since new, about 2 months.
Now it has a new quirk today where it will just randomly say “Service is currently unavailable. Wait a few moments, then try again.”
Sometimes while trying to do something, sometimes just sitting idle.
OR “ No tasks yet” and then a red bar below that says “something went wrong”
I did an update and now it seems worse.
The is by far the most glitchy app I have ever used.

Works well!
This app was very easy to set up and has worked very well. Very responsive!
Enjoying my AC
But not enjoying the app whereas I have to manually set the temperature every time starting from the preset permanent settings of “ECO COOL, 77 Degrees” when I turn on via AC.
Will we ever get an update where we can have save our temperature settings for convenience? I prefer it to turn it on a specific temperature and fan setting.
