Good but missing basic features
The app has a nice UI and is simple. However, at least for my dehumidifier, it is lacking two essential features that that vast majority of users would want to know. One it doesn’t seem to tell you when it is actually running or not. And two, most importantly, it doesn’t notify me when the dehumidifier water bucket is full. These need to be added to the app.

Mind of its own
I bought the model specifically to be able to use it with the Wi-Fi. You consistently disconnect and takes 8 to 10 tries to reconnect to the network. Take my advice, buy another brand. Midea reconnects to my Wi-Fi every year. I put them back in no problems at all.

Unable to pair to dehumidifier
This app is horrible. I am able to find and connect my dehumidifier to app during setup. However the last step to register never passes. I always get a “contact frigidaire to chat.” Without this step I can’t completely pair and connect to use. I called Frigidaire and they said it’s an issue on their end. Every…single..time.
