Update has broken it
the last 2 updates have broken the connectivity. it won’t even pick up my air conditioner
App can’t find Device
A day after they updated app, now the app can’t find the device. Worked flawlessly for 2 years until the newest update. Tried resetting and re-linking the item, did all of that successfully then a minute later it couldn’t find the device again.
No notifications to iPhone
This app doesn’t send notifications to your iPhone which is the whole reason I bought the WiFi enabled dehumidifier so I didn’t have to go down to the basement to see if it was full. Also the customer service doesn’t have a reliable phone connection and keeps disconnecting customers within a minute of calling.

Just won’t work
The damn app won’t connect to my WiFi network and won’t let me add manually the scanner only work if you have a QR code on your route which I don’t. All my other TV’s and devices are in my WiFi working fine just not able at all to add it. Why don’t you allow us to enter it in the app on your profile first.

App shows A/C is OFF, but A/C is ON
App shows A/C is OFF, but A/C is ON…. Something has changed recently. It used to work fine. But, not anymore. Please post solution here. Please DO NOT tell me to contact support.electrolux.us.. Why? Because that doesn’t work either. It shows > Website can’t be reached or moved to another web address. PLEASE FIX THE APP
