As many have complained the app immediately says this update should take no more than 15 minutes but it’s stuck there.

Just Stopped Working
Working fine until update and now not. Did all the trouble shooting, followed instructions, sat next to unit, and it couldn’t reconnect with my window AC. Useless.
Constant issues!
The last couple of updates have introduced nonstop connection issues with my window AC unit. It’s always disconnecting now for no reason. All day today the app has been glitching. Right now I can see my unit and the settings but I can’t change anything. STOP PUSHING BUGGY CODE!!!
App is down!
App is not working. My AC is on and the app is not picking it up. I turn on, leave the app and when I return, it says my AC is off when it is very much on. Pls fix

App is not responding. Will not update indoor temp. The units it’s self is great but the app has given us so many issues. Have to physically change settings on the unit because it will not respond. Tried removing device and reinstalling to and nothing.
APP ISNT FUNCTIONING
why is it constantly saying it needs to be refreshed and then won’t refresh then the screen will show up but there’s no option to lower or change the temperate or change the modes. FIX THIS APP this is frustrating.
App is very glitchy with every update
App is complete and utter garbage! It works fine most times but ever so often, it fails to work on some level, especially after the ridiculously constant updates. I mean why so many updates for an app that simply turns on and off devices!!!?? And YES, fake Frigidaire support responder, it is VERY frustrating!

App stopped working
Recently I updated the app it’s not showing anything when I put it on and it says it’s off. What should I do?
Connection Issues
This app has stopped working so many times I have lost count. I have to then delete and redownload and go through the entire setup again and again. This latest time, even after going through the entire setup and having the app tell me the appliance is connected, the app then tells me “something went wrong” and gives me the refresh button. Clicking refresh does nothing, it just goes right back to “something went wrong.” What’s the point of having the app if it is constantly malfunctioning?!?

Way to go now I can’t use it at all since the update!!!!

My app doesn’t work anymore since the new update I’ve uninstalled and then reinstalled and still nothing all it does is load and then tells me to refresh my internet connection is perfect there’s nothing wrong with it the app just stopped after the last update. I hope you can fix it soon cause this is a good app and I like having the power to turn the ac on and off from my phone.

Everyday a different error code
What is going on with this app? It will work perfectly for one day and then the next day it says refresh but can’t find my two ac’s, then I get unavailable, something went wrong, or can’t connect!
I called Frigidaire and they were completely useless and they told me that I have to have a technician come out at my expense! WTH?
I’ve uninstalled/ reinstalled the app and each AC and STILL HAVING PROBLEMS! I have updates on… HELP ME because Frigidaire’s phone customer service is terrible!!

Great update-NOT!
Was working fine, then came the update, now all is says is “something went wrong, refresh and try again”. Did that many time, uninstalled the app went through the set up only to get the same message again.
App stopped working
Today, the app won’t load the device screen. So now, I can’t turn my 2 A/C’s on for my disabled parent when away from home. Wonder what genius decided to shut down the app. Way to go.

What ever your last update did made it stop connecting to my window ac unit which has never been an issue
