Hit and miss

Since the start of 2025, this app has not been working consistently. For example, yesterday the app was working just fine and I was able to submit my reports.
Today the same issue/problem has arisen, which is that I am unable to select the frog species, and the info on the screen tells me “there are no frog species near you”, even though I have literally just recorded their calls! I have previously reported this issue to Melbourne Water directly. Please fix this problem now, and do not place the blame on my phone!
