There are so many bugs and glitches
It’s so annoying because this app has so much potential to be great
App Crashing
The app continues to crash so I’ve had to pay for a different workout app which is super sad because I loved using this app until it started crashing….
Refund
Is there any way to get my money back?!! I paid for both the gym and at home plan, but the app won’t open. Every time I try opening it says “unexpected error occurred…apologies the app will close now. Please restart the app.” And once I restart it, same thing occurs. I’ve even tried deleting/downloading the app and restarting my phone - nothing. I feel like this was a waste of money mainly because I can’t open the app. Even when I was able to, the app itself was extremely slow.

App doesn’t work
Paid for two separate workouts and the app doesn’t work and no help from support
If the app ever works maybe I’ll change my rating

I really want to love this app
It literally keeps crashing on me and this wouldn’t be the first time I contact support
is this a joke?
frstplace? they should call this app KNOW YOUR PLACE. jordyn baby you have no business making an app like this it honestly looks bad. the fact that you’re charging for fitness advice is a worse look than travis scott charging for concert tix in the near future. omg i’m secondhand embarrassed.
App Glitches…
I love the look and setup for the App. As it stands right now it’s glitchy. The meal menu is stuck on Vegan no matter which one you choose and it’s slow to respond. Hopefully they get these bugs worked out because it has great potential. It’s an App I can see actually work for me.
I hope they one day make it to where you can create your own workout plan. Like take individual exercises that she does and build them together how you’d like!

Do not waste your money
First off I want to say the workouts are great. But the app and the customer service are GARBAGE. The app never works and you can’t access the workouts through the web browser so basically you pay for a service you’re not getting. And customer service is ZERO help. All they do is ask for screen recordings and have no solution. Do not waste your time and money. It was great while it lasted , but that wasn’t very long :(

Don’t waste your money
I wanted to like this app I wanted to like the workouts but it doesn’t work you contact customer service they are literally no help so you’re paying for workouts that you can’t even use after you try to go back and redo a work out it won’t let you go past the first two sets. Also on my app week one is unavailable to use and I’ve reached out to customer service numerous times and they just kept telling me to send pictures of what I’m seeing on the app and we’re literally no help so I spent my money on two separate workouts on the app and I can’t use either of them very disappointing

Don’t like the set up
I have two plans and I used to be able to go through them interchangeably before the app - I got the home and the gym workouts that she first put out and on days that I don’t go to the gym, I like to do the home workouts but the app will not let me go in and out of each guide I hope that this changes

I want to love this app so bad
Honestly, she nailed the set up of the app and the user friendliness of it; however, it is slow slow slow and I really would prefer to see all of the exercises at once to mentally prepare myself especially when the app decides to quit or not respond when you let it know you have completed an exercise. The menu section stopped responding to types of meals, so when you pick standard it stays on vegan but as you see the meals every type of meal is shown. Either it needs the bugs to be fixed or the meals should just be labeled with the type when you click it. Some of the meals don’t even have ingredients or instructions. Also, and my ONE REQUEST OF LIFE, please please make the guides available to use from the actual website, this helps when the app isn’t functional or for those of us who need bigger screens to see or like to use our laptops to work out with. Otherwise great layout, hopefully fixing the bugs will provide better execution of the app as a whole.

Please pass
The workouts are NOT a follow-along workout, which is why I bought it. It’s a clip of the exercise. You also have to reset/start the timer for each exercise in a set, which is not productive in a superset, and there’s no notification for the timer end. Very frustrating!
I was excited about this app but the workouts are recycled and not very challenging. Save your $30 for free apps like Nike Training Club or something with a trial to see if you’ll like before you buy.

Same workouts/not advanced
I purchased the gym version and I’ve already gone through two weeks of the same workouts. It’s too easy for even a beginner and does not give modifications to increase difficulty. Very unhappy with my purchase.
The app is also very slow and glitches.

No equipment information?
I need to know what kind of equipment (if any) I need before I start the workout. This app does not do that. You find out what equipment you need during your workout and it forces you to stop and get the items you need. Please fix.
Something to Improve: Functionality
First off, let me says congrats to Jordyn for designing an app! I know it took a lot. I use Nike Training Club and AppleFitness+. What I love about these apps is that when you start the workout, it keeps going. It can be guided, includes breaks, and motivation. On Jordyn’s app, you have to press play on every rep. After my first workout, I knew I wouldn’t like this. It feels like I’m resetting after rep. When I pressed the big play button on top of the first superset, I thought the workout would start rolling continuously, nonstop. This is something I feel needs to be fixed in an update. Plus, I was loosing seconds of my workout having to set my weights down or get into position. Just a thought.

Good while it lasted
I was so excited for this because i had the online version for a couple years. The app was amazing at first, I was able to check the workouts (I didn’t really need the meal plan, water intake, or journal) and keep track of what I did everyday. Then unfortunately on the third day, it crashed and I was unable to do any workouts. Here it is a week later and there has not been a resolution. I alerted the tech support and there has not been an update on the issue or an update on the app. IF it is fixed I *may* adjust my review.

Love it but needs more
I LOVE this app! I’m on day two and I definitely got a good sweat session out of it! My only issue with the app is after spending $30 you get access to a workout plan but there is no information telling you what equipment you will need for the workout. So I had to modify the movements on the fly during my workout because I didn’t have a resistance band or a step just lying around. But besides that the workouts are AWESOME!

Not worth it
Had it for about a week now. First issue is you’re unable to try before you buy. Should’ve known it wasn’t going to be worth it then. Secondly, the app keeps crashing even after a reset. Lastly, when I click to change out the meals, it never changes and stays on the previous selection.
I feel like the thought was there but it was rushed and again - where’s the trial period?!

Who Knows?
The black and white design looks really sleek, but unless you drop the $30 on one of the plans…the menu of possible plans is all you get to see.
Needs Pricing upfront
The idea sounds great but you can’t get pass set up without spending 30 bucks. Thats a bit steep without trying and seeing how it works. Should be more upfront with how prices work, for a month or onetime fee? Give a trial offer for 3 or 7 days before buying would help also.
