The app made me update now it won’t open.

Now I won’t have to call to refill my medication and it’s faster and easier it keeps some of the problems of trying to remember how much refills are left.
Email Support is good.
After the app update, it logged me out of the app. and won’t let me log back in.
I did a password reset and it still wouldn’t let me logon.
I tried to setup a new account and it doesn’t recognize my account, though I have used the app. for many years.
I checked with the local pharmacy to make sure I entered the information the same as they have it. Everything was right.
Still won’t let me logon or setup a new account.
I hit the “call” option at the end of the message to contact the support team and just get a voicemail. I left a message, but they don’t return call.
I sent an email to the app support and they sent me an email with my username and link to reset my password. After that, it let me log onto the app.
