Wasteful app

I hate the new version of this app. It don’t show you rewards pt and I had reached my spoons that Inhave $3 In rewards and I can’t figure out how to use it when placing my order and the employee are very useless as well. Please go back to old version where you can see how spoons you collected and used them

New app no work

The new app won’t allow me to login to my rewards account. It’s says I have to create a new account.

When I try to create a new account I can’t because the zip code field is already filled in with 4 numbers and I can’t put my zip code in or complete the sign up without it.

I won’t be coming back to the store until this is fixed. I want my rewards

Fruit licious

Love this spot however, they only have two location in Westchester and Mosley both are extremely to far from me 36 mins away. I need them to come in closer that’s why I can’t come often. Please bring a location in Midlothian

Best ever⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great açaí bowls

Rich, the owner is amazing. Restaurant is always clean, friendly and the açaí bowls are so good. Lots of choices and other things like smoothies and toasts to chose from. Definitely recommend! My friend and I go to new places trying the açaí to find the best and Frutta Bowl is the best we have found in this area.

No utensils

Purchased frutella bowl to go and it was very good as usual….girl behind counter was also very sweet. However, there were no spoons or utensils to eat it with. She checked but had none in the store. I wound up going to Stop n Shop across the street to buy plastic spoons so i can eat. Again, not the girls fault but the store should be adequately supplied.

Crashes

The app always crashes when I try to pick delivery and I end up having to order on door dash. Even if the reward system isn’t great, it’s annoying that I can’t get any points at all because I need to use Door Dash to have it delivered.

Sooo good!

So excited to have a healthy and delicious spot to grab a bite to eat!!

Rewards are Worthless

I finally accumulated $4.00 in rewards and I can only use it while in the store. I can’t use it to reduce the price of my online order. So what’s the point of offering rewards? I use the app to save time. It seems like you purposely make it difficult to earn and receive rewards so you can say you have them yet don’t have to pay out.

Delicious & Refreshing!

Great recommendations and great service! Bowls looked to beautiful to eat…and were delicious!

No options for allergies

My negative review is based on the fact that there is no way in the latest version of the app to list allergies. The number of people with food allergies has expanded exponentially and this current version of the app is not allergy friendly. I was buying at least 3 açaí bowls from the location in my town every week and I now only order once a month. I have to call the store personally to place my order. I understand that some customers were taking advantage of having a free space to ask for extras and was not cost efficient for the store owners but this change ended up excluding the loyal customers with food allergies. By simply adding a section labeled allergies and listing all of the ingredients with a check box would solve this problem with little fear of customers taking advantage. Customers would not be able to add free items to their order but they would be able to let the preparer know of specific items to avoid.
