Just updated and can’t even get a code on time to reset the password that I’ve had for 20 yrs thanks but I know the old saying off to Safeway the safe way to shop.

No longer loads
Used to be fine. Now just sits on the initial screen with grey boxes. Completely useless.
terrible app
genuinely can’t ever log in becz it says access denied and it’s a terrible app in general it so slow and stuff … just go to the store the app is a waste of time.
Lists
Please fix! Lists are not sorting as chosen. Used it today while shopping and had to refresh every time I checked a box for a completed item to get the aisles to sort properly. The app had always worked well prior to today.

Don’t bother
Don’t bother. Clipping coupons is super easy and great to shop deals. When the freaking app works which is hardly ever. It’s 2026 and you have an app with this many issues? Can’t login orders get delayed all kinds of stuff because the “system is down”. The app charges you twice for an order and doesn’t refund the money hold for multiple days. I cancelled my 100 boost membership don’t waste your time and money what a joke.

Keeps logging me out for NO reason
Alt ID entry
When you’re in the store and don’t have your phone or card number, your mobile number should be your alt ID by default and shouldn’t have to add it a second time in the app. Please fix this. This is what your competitor Safeway does. I shouldn’t have to pull out my phone at check out and pull up my card in the app.

So far so good
So far, I am not having any problems with the coupons and used the delivery option for the first time. Haven’t used in store yet. But I decided to rate anyway because the groceries were delivered quickly and will everything I listed. Also, the person delivering the groceries communicated with me so well that I just had to give this a five star rating. Usually, I have trouble with other delivery apps when it comes to communication, so this is a delightful change. Definitely recommend so far!

No longer works
Recent update signed my account out and now won’t allow to login just get the dreaded spinning wheel. Frustrating to say the least.
Another thing I need in order to shop at Fry’s
I already have to have a rewards card and now I need to have digital coupons… And by the way, the app doesn’t work It just keeps saying retry on every category… Making it hard to shop at Fry’s.
Worse & worse
This app just keeps getting worse with every single update. After the last update it won’t even tell me what aisle any of my items are found in. Just says “other”. It crashes all the time as well. It used to be helpful, not anymore.
USELESS APP & WEBSITE
Um hello Kroger…..it’s 2026 and you can’t even operate a simple app a 3 year old could put together, oh wait you did already. I understand the marketing ploy to get people to actually come into your Stores but this is ridiculous that a Company this large can’t put together a simple app. You make it so unnecessarily difficult and time consuming just dealing with your digital coupons that it’s not worth the effort and hassle.

TERRIBLE
I was trying to find a ball candy and every search I made it showed me absolute nonsense made me want to kill myself FIX YOUR APP FRYS😡
App problems
I haven’t had any problems for years and now all of a sudden the app will not let me sign in. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling several times. I’ve rebooted my iPhone. The sign in page just keeps trying to load with no avail. Refreshing the page hundreds of times does nothing. I can no longer shop at Fry’s because of this.

In store lists feature isn’t as good after all the updates
It’s a hassle to use now. It was one of the best features on this app, now it’s all buggy. If I want to check something off the list, I’d have to leave the page and come back to it each time.
List is useless
When you click on an item from the list, you can only add more of that item to the list and there’s no option to add to cart. What in the world kind of update is this? The list was already a pain. No one uses the list like a grocery list to check off items when they’ve been added to cart—this should be considered our “favorites”. I don’t know what kind of management is going on for the frys app but this is the dumbest update yet. Tell this person to stop coming up with ideas.

Needs a little work on its search function. Searching for something as simple as panko breadcrumbs and it returns ramen, cooking spray and dried cilantro flakes?
Frustrated
As of last week neither of my Kroger apps (Fry’s or Fred Meyer) work with my IPhone. It’s OK with my andoids and desk top. I used the app last week at Fred Meyer. I cannot sign in at all or get any images. HELP!!!! I doesn’t work on the website either. What happened?
I see others have the same problems. No fixes so I guess Kroger doesn’t want you to get any sale prices. It’s a carrot!!! It’s on sale but not available. Grrrrr
