Ads, Slow
The app used to work great. Recent updates make it buggier and slower. And they are adding more ads wherever they can. It’s also broken on the store’s side, they complain it’s just as hard for them to use now.
Horrible look on the app
When are they gonna replace this Frys app with a normal one that says Frys or F because this one is terrible I can never find my Fry’s app because it looks so ridiculous and it’s so big and bright and red. What idiot Daughter 🩷 this was a good idea to change it to this stupid thing?
Bad update - needs fixing
New update is missing almost all pictures and after several weeks it’s still not fixed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order online that was to be delivered to me between 10:42 am and 12:01 pm. I waited for my order and it never arrived. I tried to do a full refund for the order and was told to contact customer service. I did this and was told a refund could only be issued after a review and then it would take 3-5 days to get a refund. I said this is not acceptable, I want my money back so I can buy groceries. I was told sorry, there is nothing I can do. What kind of business is this? This is only my second time shopping at Fry’s after about 10 yrs. You won’t make good on the order and refuse to refund my money? I will never shop there again and I do not recommend using their shopping service as it’s through Instacart. This also happened to my sister and she received the same treatment. I will NEVER shop at that store again.

Stop changing it!
You’ve made the List impossible to use. You can’t tell from search whether an item is on the list but already purchased or still on the unchecked list. Now you can’t add items from the list, you have to go all of the way back out to search. And if that didn’t ruin any usefulness the app had, now I can’t just type in something like “birthday card for dad” or “cake for the party” and add it to the list. I have to try to find a specific item first or make a separate list on my phone and then what’s the point of the app? Every update makes it worse. At least go back to where the app was in 2018. It was actually useful.

“Fresh New Look” is a joke
95% of the item pictures are missing. You would think with all of the price gouging Kroger has been doing for the past 6 years they could afford an app team that knows what they are doing.
AWFUL
Fry’s needs to take notes from the target and Walmart apps. Fry’s app is TERRIBLE. Half the time the digital coupons are “unable to clip.” It takes way too many taps to access your cart or list. This app needs a complete overhaul. Unfortunately I’m still forced to use it as fry’s is my closest and most affordable grocery store but geez fix this terrible app.

Needs update
Normally a very good app: however, I’m Unable to sign in since most recent update. Very Frustrating.

Oh LORD. Is it 2026 or 1926? Have AI make a useable app that people can actually freakin’ login to use! Your app never works, your website never works and your retorts are patronizing. JUST FIX IT!

Recent Update Ruined App
Scanning barcodes used to take you the item listing with price and deals. Now it takes you out of the app (without warning) to the manufacturer’s website and going back to the app you’ll be at the scanning screen with a spinning loading icon that never updates. App is almost useless now.
Refuses to download
The app just won’t download and every fry’s store is a dead zone for signal.
Bad app
Your app sucks ever changing won’t clip the coupon, won’t take the pic of the digital coupon. Just give the discount.
Not user friendly!
Every time I open this app, it shows me logged in, the option to sign out, etc. I go to clip a coupon and it says I need a loyalty account and makes me go through steps to sign up. This is almost every single time I use the app! It is so frustrating! And trying to link a number to a log in is a long shot! I have 2 numbers now because it keeps losing my other one and cosine service hasn’t been much help. I love the store, but the app really needs some help.

So frustrating
So slow and glitchy. Never updates and once in a while asks you about the substitutions. And sometimes nothing. No message nothing. with all the monitoring they are making they are not able to have a working app inves invest some money and do us a favor
App needs to have aisle numbers listed for the item.
Competitors list aisle numbers for the item, Fry’s does not.
WiFi never works in store, even when connected to their WiFi.
Also, when you scan the digital coupons, it never works, or reopens to the app itself and doesn’t take you to the specific item; you have to search for the item that has the digital coupons again, competitors apps allow you to scan and pull up the item/digital coupon right away.
What’s the point of having the scan digital coupon option only for it not to work

Great Community Store
I’ve been taking my elderly Parents shopping at this location for a long time. Everyone is really nice to my Father and Mother and always smile and talk to them. If I go to the store without them they always ask how are they doing. Like I said, it’s a community store. Clean and professional it’s one of the best fry’s in the area. Raquel and her co-workers are awesome! Thank you!

They take your money then cancel your order
They are system errors, where I place an order and then it cancels automatically because of their system error takes my money and now I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for them to release it back to me and I have no groceries and all that they can say is sorry for the inconvenience. Do better fry’s

Just updated and can’t even get a code on time to reset the password that I’ve had for 20 yrs thanks but I know the old saying off to Safeway the safe way to shop.
