Worst App

The mobile deposit rarely works. I have called regarding the issue but it still persists. Today I’ve tried to submit the same check 4 times and it just loads and loads. Why is this so complicated?

Horrible

Easily the worst app. We rely on the mobile deposit a lot and it doesn’t work half the time. Too many issues.

Pointless

App doesn’t let you turn card on when it’s turned off literally like the main thing a mobile banking app should do it’s driving me up the wall I hate this app

Love!

Love the app! Makes keeping up with our banking much easier.

Efficient

Does the job fantastic it was intended to preform. Very organized and easy to use.

FSBGainesville sold out

I think our wonderful private bank of Gville Denton has given way to the pressure to let the government into our accounts and on our phone and the accounts on the phone. This app had one update in 4 years and has had 3 updates this month and is worse than ever. Thanks Uncle Sam. But you still get 5 stars because your not selling our info to every company you can for fractions of a cent like the others banks. It’s not an appreciate know. It’s a WebKit APIs of your browser now

Bug with new iOS update

I have an iPhone 15 pro. This app worked fine until the recent iOS update September 2024. Now it’s has a bug. The scroll is shaky and only lets me go a little up and down, so I can’t see my account activity in full. It would be great if you fixed this. Thanks.

Rarely has full functionality

Im never able to complete transactions using the app. It freezes frequently and even when I delete and reinstall it continuously has problems. I pretty much always have to use the desktop version. Why have an app if you don’t update it to keep up with software changes?

Headache

I am constantly having to reboot! Always freezing. Update system please.

Never worked

I have an iPhone SE running iOS 16.2. When I install the app and open it, all I get is a Communication Error’ prompt suggesting I turn on WiFi or mobile data, which are both on (in a place where reception for both is very good). When I close the prompt, all I’m left with is a nice picture (not even a little red square).

It’s too bad; I appreciate having mobile banking at other banks.

App review

I feel they could come up with a better app. I have to delete the app & reload it all the time just to be able to see my account balance because it won’t allow you to log in and you just see a little red to the left side. So delete it and redownload. This is very annoying.

FSB Mobile App

Something must have changed with the FSB App. When I open the App all I can see is a little red square in the upper left hand corner.

Transfers

Won’t let me transfer money between accounts

Frustrating

Works very inconsistently.

Awful

I have to constantly reboot my phone to even get this app to work. So frustrating.

Easy to use

App has improved features. History information loads promptly. Easy to use.

FST Mobil app

Since FSB updated to this new app, it hardly ever works. 8 out of 10 times I try to open the app, all you can see is a red square in the left top corner. The old app was great, I could check my transactions and move money anytime I needed to.

Never works for transferring funds

Every time I need to transfer money to my joint checking account, it tells me transfer funds is unavailable. What’s the point of having the option if 9 times out of ten it doesn’t work?

It's ok

Very low limit for mobile deposit. Ok for birthday checks, but impractical for business or paychecks. Even little Bangor Savings Bank allows $2500 per day.

The fingerprint access does not work, at least on my app. I can set your up and use it until my phone 'sleeps' or locks. Then when I reopen the app, I have to manually log in. With over 150 passwords in my password vault (Agile Bits) it makes accessing my mobile account a pain in the butt. Fingerprint access works in all other apps but tech services for First State insists it is Apple's problem. In other words, tech services apparently doesn't know how to fix it.

So, the two biggest benefits of banking by phone are a fail. The people at the bank are nice though.
