Technical Difficulties
Every night I try to log into the app after midnight I get a message saying. “We are experiencing technical difficulties and apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore service as quickly as possible.” It happens every night. Which is kinda irksome when I wait until midnight so I can see what got taken out. So I can balance out what I am able to spend the following morning.
It is a great bank with great people who have helped me a lot. But the app isn’t all that great because of this problem. I should be able to see my account balance at all times. Not just within certain hours of the day
