The FTRS Athletic Tracking app is the daily companion for athletes training at Futures. Built around the same sports-science principles that drive our coaching, it gives you one place to see how your sleep, nutrition, and body weight are tracking against your goals — so the numbers stay tied to the work you put in on the floor. WHAT YOU GET • Recovery — Connect your Garmin watch and we'll pull your overnight sleep in automatically from Garmin Connect™: total sleep against your nightly target, a full stage breakdown (deep, REM, light, and awake), and a hypnogram of how the night actually unfolded. The trends that matter for recovery, with nothing to log by hand. • Nutrition — Log meals in seconds. Snap a photo or describe your meal in a few words and we'll estimate the macros for you — or enter them yourself. Daily calorie and protein targets are personalized to your stats and training goal. • Weight & Trends — Track body weight over time with a smoothed 7-day rolling average, so you see the real signal under the daily noise. Adherence cards show how consistently you're hitting your nutrition and sleep targets, week over week. • Built around your goal — Whether you're cutting, maintaining, or putting on lean mass, your targets adapt to where you are and where you're trying to go.
