Very happy with this app. It would be even better to be able to adjust colouring on sensor data screen and orientation lock into landscape.
FP3 App
Makes tuning your Hog so much easier and let’s you know what’s going on with it also and if you have trouble some where and if you have a question Vance and Hines is there so glad they made this system
I wish they would stay on top of this app.
I’m pretty happy with my FP3, I just wish they would stay on top of the app. I kinda feel like once the FP4 came out V&H just stopped any further work with the FP3. There is an issue I reported a long time ago they jus never addressed. V&H if you see this contact me to fox it please.
Good with Android not IOS
Switched from Samsung to Apple. The average MPG stopped working, can’t adjust anything anymore. Says I’m not authorized. Pisses me off. Honestly thinking of ditching the Fuelpak. Looking at tweaking for a little more fine tuning, I can’t! Fix the app! Ok with Android but not IOS in my experience!
Waste of money
I was excited about my fp3, in anticipation of slowly doing some upgrades to my street glide. Added head pipes and slip ons, put those in to the program, no real change other than the noticeable sound of the bike. About a year later I added 525 reaper cams. I picked the bike up, ran great, lots of low end torque, really woke her up. Thought I should update the FP3, was worried about leaning the bike out, so I did, it has never run so bad… won’t even idle. So I went back to the previous tune, even worse. I tried the “auto tune” mode, all it did was let me struggle to leave every stop sign for 3 days, and that was the outcome… super disappointed.. I’m not a mechanic, or someone who tunes bikes, but if you’re going to sell this product as something that is user friendly, at least have it work, sort of!!!

2008 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic
I bought this a few years ago and hadn't any luck getting autotune to work passed 40% tps no matter how hard i rode the bike and i blamed the FP3 for not working right. Anyways I found my issue that was causing my autotune not to work right. I found a bolt missing from my throttle body that bolts it to rear cylinder. Once i got bolt back in the Autotune function works now for me. I never got any codes and it was just by chance i seen bolt missing as i was cleaning my bike and had a flashlight making sure no valve cover leaks etc. I’m a happy camper now !

Please just give me my money back. Had it for a month. Won’t connect, won’t upload and no one answers your customer support.
Worst way to tune a bike
Don’t waste your money buy a good tuner and pay a guy won’t auto tune properly and keeping PG RIGHT NOW

Believe this - it is my first ever review of a product. That should ring a few bells right away.
This product worked on the first day. I have to say, I was happy to program my new V&H SS exhaust.
First forward a week later - the Bluetooth disconnects after 2 seconds. I’ve tried using my home WiFi / wireless connection without any success
I’ve literally gone as close as possible to the fuel pack for the best possible chance of connection with no success.
I’ve noticed this company sends out updates once in while (I wish I checked this before buying).
Apple/android updates their software rapidly. V&H needs to keep up.
Conclusion, (1) don’t waste $400 unless you have multiple upgrades that can be process at once; That way you don’t have to worry about the next time. (2) or don’t waste your money on this overpriced; so far, garbage.
I will be calling tomorrow for my money back.

Good but missing a few standard info displays
Please add clock and music controls to the view sensor screens in addition to the 5 sensor read outs.
Constant timeout issues; ONLY WORKS ON WIFI
This app is virtually unusable. Every time I try to do anything with it, the APIs time out, or it can’t find a server, or it won’t download something. I have not even been able to download a MAP yet. This is maddening.
Update: I finally got this finicky thing working, but under VERY SPECIFIC CONDITIONS!!
1. Your phone has to be connected to Wifi. No exceptions.
2. You have to be within 1 foot of the unit for bluetooth to reliably work.
Wait, WHAT?! Most people don’t have wifi that extends to their garage, and on a very basic usability level, this is garbage. Why can the servers not be communicated with if you’re on cellular data???? For me having a detached garage where wifi was not available, troubleshooting this nuance was downright insanity. You guys need to figure this out.

iPhone update broke the app
The developers of this app can’t keep up with the iOS updates. It seems like whenever one gets pushed out, something happens like the app crashes, can’t connect to Bluetooth or wireless. This is unacceptable at this day in age.
Auto Tune doesn’t work with latest iOS update???
Since the update, I can’t run Auto Tune. The table doesn’t populate. Please fix. I called V&H but due to COVID19 they aren’t available. I left a message and got no response. It’s been several days now.
Great until recently
App was great until the latest iPhone update. Now every time I try to open the app it crashes. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.
Pretty good, but not perfect
I love the simplicity of this app. However, when trying to find the right cam for my sportster, I only have 5 or so choices. I am aware that I can have a custom tune made but I believe that There should be a lot more selections to choose from. I have Andrews N4 grinds for the sportster by the way.
