Works but has major issues on iOS
Very glitchy app. Will not stay connected to Bluetooth so if your trying to autotune or see live data you can forget about it. Had issues flashing maps. Says failed all the time but will actually flash the map to your maps page. Could be good if it wasn’t so buggy, especially for the price
Nice tuner
Absolutely no issues flashing my bike. Ran good even before autotune. I like how it shows you RPM, throttle position, temperature and everything. I do recommend this tuner perfect for stage one set up

Won’t flash if battery voltage is below 12v. Apparently older (2008) Harleys have accessory draw that pulls voltage down to 11.7v, so must remove accessory fuse to flash. Which means removing the seat. It’s a pain.
Support said there is a fix for iPhone App, but it hasn’t been released yet.
Also, similar to the other reviews, it can be a pain having to restart the app while on the road just to re-establish the Bluetooth connection.
I had hoped for a better user experience from a $600+ product.
(July: promised update still not available in the App Store. Still won’t flash. What’s the point?)

Good information but spotty at best with connectivity
The app has a lot of information however it disconnects frequently when riding which makes it hard to use the autotune feature.
Also there is no way to reset the average MPG to get a true reading on a ride. Hopefully there will be more frequent updates to the app that corrects these issues and proves better enhancements.

Wakes up the bike!
I have the 3” Staggered v&h slip ons along with the v02 naked v&h air intake and boy this really woke up my Harley with the default map on my 107 M8 - what a difference, bike runs amazingly well, was considering a cam soon but will now delay as it’s a a hammer now! I didn’t expect it to be this good, had a pv and airbox mod with Hassan 2-1 exhaust on my vrod and it didn’t make as much of a difference as this setup. Great, easy to use product, just make sure your battery is fully charged and preferably still on tender.

I am writing to you regarding an issue I am experiencing with my Vance & Hines FP4device. I recently purchased this device to flash the engine mapping of my 2016 Harley-Davidson 103 Road Glide FLT-RU.
However, when I connect the FP4 device, it fails to communicate with my motorcycle's ECU, preventing me from completing the flash. I have checked several aspects, including:
- The firmware update of the FP4 device.
- The quality of the connectors (no bent or damaged pins).
- The proper functioning of my motorcycle's ECU.
- The battery charge level of the motorcycle.
Despite these checks, the issue persists. I have also tried restarting both the motorcycle and the FP4 device without success.

Waist of time and money
Bluetooth will not stay connected if you can even get it to connect. Impossible to use as each time the connection is lost the app must be closed and reopened in order to reconnect. So constantly having to start over. I’m now stuck with a useless fuel pac.

I have been using this for about a month. It is terrible at connection (Bluetooth). It drops the link constantly while trying to do something. Even with bike on trickle charge as suggested. The support part is good, they do respond very quick and are helpful. I have a 2011 Touring, and I wish the app offered more options as I keep reading about with FP3. They need to add intakes and other options. As for the connection issues, I have tried running Auto Tune, and after a ride, it shows it recorded nothing. I would not recommend this product and hope that V&H fix the problems.

Ci sono due cose fondamentali da implementare: 1 quando si attiva dovrebbe venire inibito lo spegnimento dello schermo del cellulare, come fanno i programmi di navigazione o YouTube altrimenti si spegne tutto e non vedi più i dati 2 quando si passa momentaneamente ad altra app, per es suona il telefono, perde connessione con la centralina del motore e si impalla. E’ quindi necessario resettare tutto e ricominciare l’accoppiamento. Una scocciatura

Software obsoleto, lentissimo in risposta ai giri e come tachimetro. Aggiornamenti inutili, in due anni ancora è solo miglia. Mandato tante e-mail ma se ne fregano. Sconsiglio vivamente l’acquisto. Non merita neanche una stella.
Garbage
Crashes every time you try to use the app. Have a brand new iPhone, redownloaded the app, tried multiple things. Horrible product don’t bother.

This tuner is awesome. Totally love the features and control you get with this app. I thought my ‘23 was running well but decided to give it a tune. Wow. Now it is even better.
