Frustrating!!
I literally have to delete app and then add it back in to put more photos from library into app. Ridiculous! This app used to be really easy to use, not anymore!! You can’t delete photos out of the app either

Huge waste of time

Terrible System. Terrible Results
Because the terminals for instant print are so broken no matter what Walmart I go to, I rely on other ways to print. One of the negatives I have always experienced with using the app to send photos is there is ALWAYS a white bar on my photos. Like the app crops my photos and doesn’t use the full 4x6. Another issue I’ve come across a couple of times is it cropping the photo where I’ve told it NOT to crop.
This last time that I’ve used this app has ruined 4 photos that I will need to go somewhere to reprint. It has completely cropped 3 photos in a way that has taken out important parts of the photo. The fourth photo is the absolute worst. It put a photo that I told to be in landscape mode in portrait mode.

Just ok
Getting photos to the process of submitting the print job is fine, nothing great. What is really not good about the app is once you click your last button to submit, you get no notification that it’s accepted or confirmation number on screen, you have to leave the app wait for the email. If you have a large amount to print, your order confirmation nor anywhere in the app allows you verify which pictures you have in a particular order. Therefore if you’re unsure of you previously selected it….. you either don’t print it or you print a duplicate.

Used to Work
I used to love this app. I used to be able to preselect and print which saved me a TON of storage. Now? It deletes my photos. I lost 600 photos and honestly just gave up. Now I just put them into google drive and do it the long way.
Blanks out
I think the app is a great way to do simple prints quickly and it’s very easy to use. But as soon as you click on the album and go to scroll, it’s completely blanks out and you have to restart the app. It’s very frustrating. Please fix
Not all stores show up
I’ve used this app before but for some reason when I enter my zip code nothings shows up.
No communication
The first time I made an order, I got an email saying it was ready to pick up (it was, but they sent double with no receipt for one so we were overcharged.) The last time I made an order, I never got any emails saying part of my order was ready. I have half an order still needing to be picked up, they notified Walmart that it was delivered, but they never found it. I tried contacting fuji and never got a response. It was a Christmas present so I’m very frustrated that it’s taking this long.

Printing the pics 🥴
I went to the app to place a order for my pictures… everything is great with the app but I was a little upset when I received a email stating my prints were ready for pick up, I get to Walmart and my pics are NOT ready for pick up they tell me to come back tomorrow. I think better communication between the app & Walmart would help this situation… this is a BIG inconvenience for the customer!!!!!!

Honestly I could have got better prints with my $89 HP. I don’t think you should be able to count the dots. From Walmart
Awkward
Awkward to use, full of errors…but otherwise fantastic
Doesn’t work
Tried for over 2 hours to send 100+ pictures to the Walmart near me from my phone would not work. So went with another company.
Horrible
Seriously took 30 mins to connect to the machine. Finally get connected and start selecting pictures, then the screen goes white. I can’t scroll at all without the screen going white and having to start over.
Terrible
This app is useless. I spent an hour and a half wrestling with the machine this app can’t even connect to. Don’t waste your time going into walmart to print photos. Either you can struggle to download them online or go somewhere else. Walmart is an all around abysmal store for getting photo prints done.
