Make a reliable app
Hi developer, the current app always ask me to login every single time. Can you update and make it a good app that wont ask user to login every single time. I will be redirected to browser page and login there. It is very annoying
Getting more step every log in
The Log In process is becoming increasingly cumbersome. Previously, logging in required only a fingerprint, but now it also requires an ID, password, and more. This makes investors feel more and more inconvenienced. Please improve this issue, or more investors may abandon this troublesome investment platform.

Apps suddenly kick me and my deposit was not on the list.. tried to talk with live chat but no answer.. bad service
Unable to login
Couldn’t login via Face ID. When I click Login via password, it redirects me to the login page and then the Face ID pops up again. I’m stuck in an error loop.
Too many fail investment
I invested 28 projects and there got 7 fails last few years and until now still no update.
Fake default rates
Default rates are higher than advertised. Most loans have zero chances of recovery. Scam.
App lags very badly. Unable to login at times
For some reason, the app starting lagging really badly after I changed phone. I made sure the app was update and all but still no use. Every other app on my phone works fine. So no idea what’s wrong with this app. Apart from that, returns of the loans going down even while we’re in an inflationary environment

Keep refresh page when register
Register, and when sending otp, click email notification, and when back to app it showed me login screen instead, tried 4 times, all 4 times the same, everytime move screen the app directly change from insert otp pages to login.
Not able launch app
Recently not able launch app. Asked to sign in all over again but yet not able maybe to launch the app. Kept back in loop to sign in page

Not able to login at all

The funding societies app has been working fine until few days ago out of no where the app keeps crashing whenever I tried to start it, have not been able to use the app since then, what should I do?
Not transparent enough
I am a beginner on investing and I came across this platform and thought like perhaps I could give a try. I invested into a portfolio with a considerably huge amount and unfortunately the portfolio has been declared as defaulted after a few months. Throughout the period from the day when the declaration of default was made to this date, Funding Societies has made a few announcements regarding their countermeasure protocols and actions. It has been six months but the situation has never been any better, and every announcement was giving little and little hope after all. In addition to that, Funding Societies has only been giving written explanations without any evidence provided, such as Letter of Demand or any kind of relevant information. I understand there is a risk of getting defaulted on any investment portfolio but ironically, the one had been declared as defaulted was the one I invested with the largest amount, even for the first time beginner. ;(

RM3800+ of my hard earned money going default. Almost half of my investment in your platform going default. Recovery of my money is basically hopeless.
