Unrealistic Standards
I have been enjoying the app until I got to the lunge challenge. An "easy" challenge is doing 30 lunges in 30 seconds. I don't even think that is safe or possible. Now I'm paying for the app and stuck since I cannot find a way to pass this level.
Not worth it
I really want this app to work out, but it’s not. Every time I try to do the moves as demonstrated thr app registers the moves as out of bounds and resets to the setup stance. Waste time I don’t have.

L’application en elle même et très bien, si ça couperait pas tous les 3 niveaux ! Arriver au niveau 45, ça ne veut plus marcher ! Il me dit qu’il faut que je pose le téléphone, je le pose au même endroit depuis le début ! Mais si il veut pas ce lancer !

Franchement bien au début et après bug sur bug …..obliger de désinstaller et de réinstaller et en plus on perds tout nos niveaux …… je déconseille d installer ….
Trouble with shut down
Why does the ap always shut down after each activity?
This can be a great workout incentive if it would not shut down each time. That’s worse than commercials .

It wouldn’t work
I CapCut, having my full body in the frame I stand for position and wanted me too. It kept saying, please put body in full frame even though I had my body in the frame this app I do not like it and I do not recommend.

The app keeps crashing
I just paid for a year. It is pretty fun, except that the app keeps crashing over and over again. It’s pretty annoying having to keep going back to the app in the middle of my workout.
I hope this problem is fixed quickly.

I just started using the app and every time I go onto the following exercise the app shuts itself off and I have to reload the app each time.
