Downloaded the app but their discount code doesn’t work
App keeps crashing when trying to basket
This had been happening for over two weeks now. Beth frustrating when I can’t complete my purchase
Love Funky Pigeon cards, but …..
Not for the first time has funky pigeon app lost my cards, that were in my basket 🤬
Spent ages getting 3 cards just right, right pictures, right placement and thinking carefully about what I wanted to write for them to disappear!!!
That is 2hrs wasted and now I have to start again!!! So cross and annoyed.
Sending time this has happened!!
And yes my app is upto date.

Crudely designed app
Not easy to use, zooms in and out constantly, occasionally loses the card you’ve selected and worked on, which is so annoying. Fortunately there are lots of similar companies out there.
Ghetto app
Crashes, times out, makes you login again and again, keeps repeatedly showing you the same advert. Really awful.
Useless
Tried to order giant card and flowers, tried to pay after filling everything in and blocked me from paying as I had delivery items to resolve. Filled in 3 time still blocked. Deleted the order, app and will never use again. Moonpig from now on, it works.
Awful to use on phone
Not sure what the web version on a pc/mac is like but on the phone is horrible. I created the card, had to make a change cause I can’t read the microscopic text and low and behold the entire card reset. This happened twice. Think I’ll just be buying standard cards from Sainsburys and sticking a stamp on it. Back to old school, the easiest way 🙃

Ordered some anniversary gifts for the wife and paid for the delivery to arrive in three days time; when she’s at work. The delivery arrived the day after I ordered it, when she was home, and having her name on it she opened it. The delivery date was selected to prevent this!

Can’t save to basket

the loft needs repairs
it would be very useful to have a favourites facility. also it would be useful to have in the filter, the option to remove age cards. there are cards with characters that are sooo very old, that they are no longer relevant to people of today
Driving me mad
I have tried to send a card 6 times now before it kept buffering when I was being transferred to payment .I have now deleted the app twice and downloaded again but now even though I haven’t picked a day to have it delivered it comes up with a red bar saying the delivery date is not available, I just give up this is the first time I have ever had a problem.

Have downloaded this for my iPad and the app doesn’t fill the whole screen, it’s only the size of a phone screen.

Stressed out
I attempted to use this app on my iPad. I selected the photo I wanted on the card and there was no further action button to move on. To order and personalise two cards taken well over an hour and I ended up finishing the order on my iPhone 🙈 I love Funky Pigeon, so hopefully they a improve this app.

Great company, shocking app
The app use is really unstable. I’ve had to resort to going to the website after so many attempts to create a simple card. It’s really frustrating. Just today I’ve tried to do a card with a new pic and the pic won’t upload so I have to close the app then lose the drafts, it’s utterly soul destroying!

App constantly glitches
I used to love Funky Pigeon but the mobile app glitches 100 percent of the time now. You spend ages preparing a personalised card and then it says “failed to load” and the draft disappears completely. The last few times this happened I had to switch to a laptop to get it to work on the website. The app is letting the website down. Get it fixed!

Blurry printing
Very poor printing quality . Wouldn’t recommend at all. According to there customer services, my picture was a poor quality, even though it was professionally taken.

Doesn’t have an iPad version so app is size of a phone on screen.

Decided to give funkypigeon a go after having too many problems with moonpig and…WOW. Ordered the cards on Wednesday 6pm and they came the NEXT day! Moonpig I ordered three days prior, paid for next day shipping too and it came late, refused to refund the delivery of my card too. Will DEFINITELY be using again! So chuffed x

Much easier to use now!
App is awful
Constantly jumping about the sections when trying to design card. No keyboard showing when change to different text box, has reset and put me back to start of design so many times
