Won’t update
The app stopped updating and I couldn’t get the QR code to load. I had to get in the line and get a physical card. Waste of time.
App doesn’t provide failure info
I cannot register for FunPass in this app, because it keeps failing to accept my data without telling me what’s wrong. On top of that, it doesn’t integrate well with Keychain, where I have to copy my created password from Passwords app every time. After trying many times throughout my time at the fair, I finally tried an easy to hack password, and it turned out to be the critical problem with registration. The app does not accept passwords generated by keychain, which was common well over a decade ago but not with modern apps. That might be excusable, but failing to inform the user of the error and continuing to silently fail is inexcusable. Then there is the issue of only allowing purchases in batches rather than exact numbers. I needed 42 tickets but could only purchase 48. I had to pay eight extra $$ for tickets I never used.

Troubleshooting
App kept having issues uploading and I wasn’t able to use my tickets for the lines. Frustrating moment since I had all of my 4 kids and I wasn’t able to use them. 😡
It works
I’m only leaving a review because so many people left bad ones. The line was super long for tickets. So I got the app. Uploaded money. And then it worked. Not sure what people have a problem with.

“Passes”
When logged in and attempting purchase the promotion they state “must be logged in” but we already are logged in. When asked to verify phone number they never send no verification codes. Leaving you stuck without doing anything.
Bought tickets but dont appear
I bought over 100$ on tickets but they’re not appearing on the app and now i wont be able to ride. the money was taken from my bank but no tickets beware
Can’t buy tickets
App is terrible. What’s the point if I can’t buy ticket off the app?
Garbage app
Went on one ride and it charged me 6x as if I went on the same ride 6 times at the same time. Had to go to guest services to get a refund and a new card. This app is absolutely trash. Beware that every scan will charge you 6x!!! What a scam.
Why only Apple Pay?!
This app is annoying because the only payment method is Apple Pay and having to add that if you never use it is a HUGE hassle.

Simply and easy to use. Using apple pay in the app makes it more convenient to use than pulling my card out in the middle of the fair.
Not working
When I try to buy passes, I keep getting a screen that says “no refunds” but no way to make the purchase. I tried several times and even deleting and reinstalling and nothing. Unusable.

Locks you out
It locked me out I tried going through the password reset then says account not found . Try to register again then says account already exists . Stuck in an endless loop.
Unable to add passes
I purchased a Funpass at the fair , I tried to scan it into my account , it gives a green check mark but there is no area to enter the PIN number. When I click “load” it comes back invalid pin , but I was never given the option to enter the pin. Also I have no way to remove old used passes from previous years. Not a well made APP.

Account locked
Was super easy to use when we first downloaded it. Went to use it again for our next trip to the fair and account was locked ended up losing 80 tickets. No phone number to call and I had to email them said it would take 48 hours, haven’t even received any notification. $100 dollars just gone can’t access tickets at all.

Awful
The app doesn't even show how many tickets you have. That should be the very first thing it does. This is a greedy company more focused on profits than anything else

"My Passes" shows a list of your passes; the number beside each one is how many tickets are left. The number decreases as the FunPass is scanned at rides and games. You can also tap the "History" button to see how you used the tickets on rides and games.

So easy
I came to carnival with my family on Saturday and the lines were long as to be expected at the ticket boxes. Saw the QR code to download the app and it was so easy. Quick download, purchased tickets and off we were to play our first game. Didn’t win a prize this time around, but won with the app!
