AI incredibly annoying
I will admit, I did not research what the subscription was enough before purchasing.
I wanted the cheaper up front camera/treat flipper up front so purchased the “subscription required” option on Amazon. The subscription is an AI nanny that is beyond annoying and invasive. Even when you ask it to stop asking you things it follows up with another question. I canceled subscription but since I paid for a year it won’t go away.
I hope when the subscription expires I can just use the camera/treat flip option. That being said as long as you have the full camera view engaged you can flip treats and the “nanny” is at least out of view.

I love watching my dogs especially when on I am away and have a sitter with them. It makes me feel better to know they are safe.

Awesome camera!
I’ve had the Furbo for 3 years now and I absolutely love it! I’ve never had an issue with it. I have access to see my pup at any point in time and it notifies with any action throughout the day. I love the Calm My Pet feature bc the white noise helps my pup stay quiet when they bark excessively. Definitely recommend.

Worked until updated, app support doesn’t exist
I received Furbo as a gift. It worked well and then I was prompted to update it to improve quality. Since then, the app no longer connects to the device. They don’t have phone support and the chat feature put me into a queue, it counts down the people in front of you and then does nothing. So I respond in the chat and it queues you again and this repeats, never connecting you to an actual agent.

best purchase ever - the camera is great, the updates are super useful and fun and the treat toss to top it all off. feel a lot better leaving the dog at home knowing we can check in

Since update to cat if feel it run slow I have two camera and they don’t capture the same thing it was super slow to upload I pay more for each camera got better internet speed still very slow I want to buy another camera but it will be the same problem SLOW UPLOAD AND NOT CAPTURING EVERYTHING????!!! 😡🐶🐶🐶

The camera just stops working whenever it wants to. Some nights i can connect while i’m at work but sometimes it just shuts off and won’t work for hours . there’s nothing wrong with my internet everything else in the house still is connected to

We love this little thing. It’s soooo nice to launch the app, check out what our fur baby is up to, launch him a treat, or two, three, four, talk to him to reassure him his not abandoned!

Video saving
Saving videos is a nightmare. I lost my dog and it’s taken me hours everyday to save the videos but you have to hurry or they auto delete forever. Just get a security camera

This Furbo thing is about the worst purchase I’ve ever made well at least on a subscription that I had no choice, but to get the subscription in order to use the thing, my daughter bought the unit and gave it to me the trees are always getting stuck and it never turns all the way, and it will give me a message has reached his limitation I can’t move any further. I reset it and it may work a couple of times that’s it and all of the treats get stuck all of the time. I wish I really had something good to say about it, but I really don’t nothing on it. To its full potential and I guess that’s on the engineering department.

Useless off wifi
Furbo only works reliably when I’m connected to wifi which kinda defeats its purpose. Frustrating experience and all the AI additions are annoying.

Better than I expected
This has made my days so much better. My dog was fine, but I was anxious! Being able to see that she sleeps pretty much the entire time I’m away has helped me feel much better! I love being able to give her a treat, and I love when furbo sends me messages letting me know what she’s doing (including getting her face in front of the camera for a selfie!

Amazing Product and Application!
Today I was dealing with some family stuff and our elderly doggo vomited and Furbo caught it and alerted us! Thankfully, we were able to run home and get her so we could rush her to the vet (she has other health conditions as well)
She has severe pancreatitis and we are so thankful Furbo alerted us to this so we could expedite her care and treatment. Truly love the alerts and our nanny videos and reports. Getting selfies throughout the day is also a nice highlight to a lame work day!

Waste of money
Didn’t renew subscription because pet cam is always offline. Not an internet connection issue. Doesn’t tell me when my dog barks anymore, when it used to tell me my dog was barking when he wasn’t. He would be next to me. I would get the notification if I spoke though. Turns out, they’re offering a service you have to pay for that will detect your dog’s barking 30% better, so they only messed with that just to get you to pay cause nothing actually changed. They just want you to buy that service, so they purposefully made it more sensitive to noise, if you don’t have the service, so you would get it. I was getting a barking notification every five seconds, when there was no barking.
