The most useless form of AI
I could not think of a worse way to waste water than the way that this app feels the need to use AI. The camera itself is fine but dear lord get this waste of ram out of the app

My dog got trapped in my kitchen. All the while, Furbo kept saying he was doing his usual activities. Furbo did not catch when my dog got trapped in the kitchen, just a few moments before and a few moments after.
Customer Service is horrible
I’m trying to set up my camera, and costumer service through the app sucks! There is no customer service phone number I call to get help, so one is stuck using their automated system. Once you are supposedly “connected to a live service person” they give you the same information as the automated system and then just end the chat. Horrible customer service support!

Selective Service
Just when you think Furbo is your best friend, treats get stuck and owner has to test to WiFi, password adding delays when owner just wants to treat their pet while home away. Could be mechanics; however, I still recommend while working 🐾

I recently got Furbo Mini for my cat Ember, who sometimes gets lonely and also has allergies, which causes him to excessively groom. It’s brought so much joy to me seeing the cute summaries of his activities and knowing when he’s meowing or feeling lonely. The camera is quite accurate at detecting what he is doing! I wish I could give this product 6 stars and personally thank whoever created it 🙏

Not a very reliable sitter for multiple pets. Even when you have each uploaded profile and none look anything alike

I love my Furbo! Should have bought one years ago! Peace of mind knowing my fur babies are ok when I’m not at home and I can check in on them at any time. They certainly do love the treats dispensed out when they hear that whistle sound! They come running! And I can speak to them too through the speaker. 2 thumbs up!

Love my Furbo!
The best investment ever! I can see, talk to and send snacks to my babies when I’m not home. It alerts me if they are barking so I can calm them down. It makes me less anxious about leaving them when I go out. The Nanny cam clips are amazing as I can watch them play. I’ve also purchased the mini cams and linked them so I can switch from cam to cam and see them as they move around the house. Love it!!
