Video saving
Saving videos is a nightmare. I lost my dog and it’s taken me hours everyday to save the videos but you have to hurry or they auto delete forever. Just get a security camera

This Furbo thing is about the worst purchase I’ve ever made well at least on a subscription that I had no choice, but to get the subscription in order to use the thing, my daughter bought the unit and gave it to me the trees are always getting stuck and it never turns all the way, and it will give me a message has reached his limitation I can’t move any further. I reset it and it may work a couple of times that’s it and all of the treats get stuck all of the time. I wish I really had something good to say about it, but I really don’t nothing on it. To its full potential and I guess that’s on the engineering department.

Useless off wifi
Furbo only works reliably when I’m connected to wifi which kinda defeats its purpose. Frustrating experience and all the AI additions are annoying.

Better than I expected
This has made my days so much better. My dog was fine, but I was anxious! Being able to see that she sleeps pretty much the entire time I’m away has helped me feel much better! I love being able to give her a treat, and I love when furbo sends me messages letting me know what she’s doing (including getting her face in front of the camera for a selfie!

Amazing Product and Application!
Today I was dealing with some family stuff and our elderly doggo vomited and Furbo caught it and alerted us! Thankfully, we were able to run home and get her so we could rush her to the vet (she has other health conditions as well)
She has severe pancreatitis and we are so thankful Furbo alerted us to this so we could expedite her care and treatment. Truly love the alerts and our nanny videos and reports. Getting selfies throughout the day is also a nice highlight to a lame work day!

Waste of money
Didn’t renew subscription because pet cam is always offline. Not an internet connection issue. Doesn’t tell me when my dog barks anymore, when it used to tell me my dog was barking when he wasn’t. He would be next to me. I would get the notification if I spoke though. Turns out, they’re offering a service you have to pay for that will detect your dog’s barking 30% better, so they only messed with that just to get you to pay cause nothing actually changed. They just want you to buy that service, so they purposefully made it more sensitive to noise, if you don’t have the service, so you would get it. I was getting a barking notification every five seconds, when there was no barking.

Please let me remove the chat bot
I really hate that I do not have the option to remove the AI chatbot from the main page, it takes up more space than the video feed and I genuinely don’t need or want it. I may end up going with a different brand that doesn’t force and AI chatbot on me.

Always freezes
App constantly loses its connection or freezes. It's been getting worse over the past year and is just unusable now. We didn't need AI "updates", we just needed to see our pets and throw them treats when we're not home. We will keep the app because we have the device, but we cancelled our subscription.
The app gets a couple stars because you can throw treats (sometimes, for a few seconds, before it crashes).

Soso will
Not happy with the mini I ordered the 360 bundle for new subscribers but was overcharged 20.00 and sent mini instead of mini 360. And so don’t need the subscription please help me
WHY AM I BEING BAITED INTO A SUBSCRIPTION??
I bought this camera to watch my dog while i’m at work which doesnt seem like it will be possible considering i have to factory reset the camera EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. In order to use the camera function. And when i exit the camera I’m immediately asked to subscribe?? Not sure if its a bug or i’m being baited to subscribe but this is not what i paid for. Do not recommend.

Better video options
I love the app usually, but I wish there was a better interface when it comes to downloading videos. Sometimes I accidentally click the delete button instead of the share button and it automatically deletes the video. I wish there was some confirmation window before deletion for cases when I misclick a button bc deleted videos can’t be restored.

The serotonin nanny cam
One of the best gifts I got. I just enjoy checking in on my pet when I am out. It’s also quite interesting to look back on time lapsed videos of parts of his day, I love that I can easily check in with him, talk to him and send him lol snacks where he decides to stay close to the cam just for some more.
