Poor
This app doesn’t work and doesn’t connect to iPhone. No app from this maker works in our RV. Wish I knew this before we bought it.
App is Extremely Basic
The app only acts like a remote control for AC units. It can’t set the time, remember settings or even remember C or F.
Works great
Once connected to our RV’s AC system, it works perfectly. The only option that’s really needed is letting us set the default temperature format to Fahrenheit. It always defaults to Celsius when launching the app. Otherwise, everything works great.
Horrible app
This app gives you no options for troubleshooting. Terrible connectivity. Straight hotdog water.

I got this app thinking it would be terrible. seeing it had 1.5 stars. but me and my wife are two lazy people. so we wanted this app so we didn’t have to go downstairs to turn on and off the heat/AC. and it works like a charm for that. sure, i wish it had longer range. but for what we were looking to do, the app works perfectly.

This is probably the worst app I’ve ever used.

Seriously a useless app and a ridiculously stupid system for a thermostat system. Does not deserve a star.

Just make it remember F setting
Please just make the app remember my choice of F temperature readouts!

I can’t get this to work at all. Terrible , cheap. Have to do everything manually.
Furion app useless
The manual control doesn’t allow temperature control at all or not well. The fan speed is always max. How hard is it to get this right. Plus the LCD is unreadable unless you stand on a stool and look down on it.
Ok. Good. They have a QR code. And I can get the Bluetooth app. Wow. Nope. You can’t even turn the AC on or off. Can’t set temp. Can’t control the fan. So back to the sucky manual control. I guess you run the AC max, then get out of bed and turn it off. Then wake up when you’re hot— turn it back on. Repeat. Brand new travel trailer with stupid equipment. Now what. Back to the dealer?

Never seen anything more functional to not work than I have with this app. It doesn’t retain basic settings like temperature measurements- metric or imperial. Keeps reverting back to Celsius.
As far as connectivity. About once a week I have to remove the “connected” thermostats from the app then re-add them…
The thermostats, by Furrion, are absolute trash. They don’t register temperature accurately even though the air is moving around. Constantly have to manually turn on the the units for the thermostats to act right. Just junk

Unit keeps turning itself off and this App doesn’t work
We were told to download this app with Urian, and it would keep our AC heating unit from turning itself off a E3 code constantly flashing, and the Furrion App don’t even work I believe Furrion has a big issue and the units are aweful

If I could get it negative stars I would! This is the stupidest cheapest thing I have ever seen in my life. Doesn't stay online won't connect to my app at all The app doesn't tell you anything about how to fix everything,there's no on off button on the thermostat to reset that instead of your router and having to redo all electronics in your house, I have animals so when I work 10 hours and come home, it's 100° in my RV! How do I get rid of this?
