Great for a year until it wasn’t
Been using one for two cats for around a year and a half now. First the full measurements started to trigger sooner than actually full and notify me earlier than needed. Not too big of an issue. Still no reason to complain.
It wasn’t until I got a network error for a few days in a row. I deleted and redownloaded the app, and now the region code won’t allow me to select or search anything and I can’t get in with forgot password or use the account anymore from this app.
The ability to use your phone number anymore alone is not possible due to this error with the region code. If you didn’t use an email to register, you’re out of luck getting back into your account.

Hard to clean inside when it gets smelly
After using for a year, the inside gets smelly and it’s very hard to clean the smell.
Decent overall
The app is decent. I like the information it provides, I have four cats so the litter box is truly amazing to help keep their space clean. The one update I would like to see ASAP is the font size and color for the name of each cat because currently it’s very difficult to read.

Great product with a few improvement suggestions
My cats are around the same weight. 11.2 & 11.9-12lbs. The app keeps assigning usage to the wrong cat. I wish there was a way to delete and reassign the weight when I can see which cat is in the box. One likes to get in and out and play in it so the one with many different instances around the same time will be one of the cats but it assigns it to the other cat. Not really a helpful feature if it’s not accurately assigned.
Thats for the app. Now for the box itself. The only thing I would change would be some type of bar going across the front so the cat can’t push litter out on the floor. The cat that likes to play in it is always pushing litter out a 2” bag across the front would prevent that.

Love it
I found the automated litter box extremely easy to set up. It’s easy to navigate the app too. Most of all though, it’s easy to empty it. That is the most important to me. I generally don’t do cat boxes. My cats are welcome to be in the house as much as they want but they go outside to go potty. However, my Momma Steve is almost 16 now and never really was a huge fan of going outside anyway, so now she just refuses to. I had no choice but to accommodate her in her golden years.

Very clean interface, extremely functional and intuitive. I have literally never had a smarter cat box than this. Thank you, IPC!!!
Won’t connect to WiFi
It reaches 96% then nothing. I’ve been trying to get it to search for the device and now it won’t even recognize it!?! This is the whole reason I purchased.

Goes up to 96% and stops downloading and shows an error. This is very annoying. The litter box works wonderfully so I’m happy about that but this is sort of bittersweet at this point.
Like the litterbox, Hate the app
My husband and I both use the app, but I can only share the information with him. He can’t edit or add anything which is really frustrating when he’s home and I’m not. It also won’t let him just log into my account, only one of us can use it at a time.
I also can’t edit who is using the litterbox which is constantly wrong. Most of my cats are of a similar weight so it thinks that only one of my cats is using the litterbox a million times.
I wish I could just tap on the usage data and change who just used it when it’s wrong.

Won’t connect, useless message
Tries to connect to wifi, runs up to 96%, then says it failed. Weird thing is my Orbi router shows it is connected and working at 2.4 Ghz. “Helpful” tips suggest making sure the router will provide a 2.4 Ghz connection, which it plainly does. The other weird thing is the app demands access to Bluetooth to make the wifi connection, which makes no sense. But I gave it permission, but it doesn’t show up as a device in Bluetooth settings. It’s just so messed up. Guess I need to send them an email and hope they can do something tomorrow, or whenever. One star, because zero stars not available, even though the app is completely useless for me.

Auto liter box
Purchased newest model about 4 months ago. I can honestly said it beats the manually cleaning by far. What I don’t like about it, it faults out a lot. The other thing is natural for cats to cover their mess when done so the opening is low and I always have liter around the front area. The rugs are usually a cat toy so it usually is off to the side.

Love the app intel
Easiest cat robot for a reasonable price (under $400)! App connected quick, setup was a breeze, the only thing time will tell is the longevity. First night and I’ve loved it though!
Time will tell
Was a bit rough getting the machine setup with the app because the WiFi Reset mode would not trigger. But once done, all seems fine. The app allows for setting various options and tracks usage and weight. We will see how well that works.
Needs multiple account login
The app is overall okay. Some minor stability issue. But it needs to allow multiple devices to login simultaneously to the same account. For people with more than one phones or when more than one person in a household want to monitor the status. Also would like to see the option to remove incorrect or partial measurements when the cat doesn’t fully go inside the machine.

Only supports 6 cats (website says unlimited)
I chose this automatic litter box because I have a cat rescue with 14 cats. The website says it’s ideal for unlimited cats and I suppose the litter box itself truly is!! Because it’s self cleaning so it’s always ready for the next cat.
What I don’t like is that the app itself only supports data for 6 cats 🥲🥺 I wish that was more clear I feel a little but deceived.. it’ll be hard to choose which of the 14 cats I choose to add on there.
Please do an update with availability for more cats!! Please!!
