Best location in Columbus, hands down!
We’ve been to all the local Columbus, Ohio locations over the years and the current Clintonville location’s management team, staff and customer service is absolutely unparalleled. The food is always perfect but their customer service is what keeps us coming back!
Always Good
My family is eating at Milano’s before the UD soccer game. My daughter insisted on FUSIAN. Luckily our server is cool.
Food is ok
Food from Fusian is different than everyday burgers, but the app is difficult to navigate with limited choices to choose from. The delivery fee is ridiculous. I believe in good tipping but not when I am paying $6.00 to have someone deliver 1/2 mile. Your delivery charge more than covers my usual $5 tip

please allow us to cancel orders
in general a decent app for orders and deals, but there's no function to cancel an order. in fact, cancelling an order is listed nowhere at all under any faq on either the app or connected support website. please fix this and give us a way to cancel orders and get our money back

False reward offer
I love the products/staff but not the new app. You tell me to add my card and I’ll receive $5 off but nothing happened.
App is not working
The update has forced us to put our password in again. Link to sign in from app says it can not be opened. Can’t order with credit card as guest because it is associated with the original account.

Rolling sushi
I would think that rolling sushi would be a part of training but them kids can’t roll a decent sushi roll if their life depended on it. Shameful
No More Rewards Program
The new updated app removed the entire rewards program. I had a decent amount saved up in there as well. Don’t bother downloading.
Updated app is awful
I’ve been using the app to order ahead at FUSIAN for years now. The app was easy to use and clear. The latest update is anything but and you can no longer pay trough the app in-store.
Old app was better
This new app is not as good as the old app 👎
Rewards/ payments
I can no longer pay with the app in the store. I lived FUSIAN’s reward program. It is no longer existent due to new app. It brought me in the store.
Huge downgrade
Huge downgrade from the original app, FUSIAN changed the company who manages the app for them, did away with reward points, cannot fully customize a bowl when going through checkout, the custom bowl option doesn’t even give you access to everything they have in store. It’s easier to go to the store and check out with a QR code but no, they removed that feature as well. You basically can’t customize a bowl to its fullest extent without going online and looking at the full menu separately. I needed to change the zip code on my credit card because I have multiple cards and addresses, had to add and remove credit card multiple times because you can’t fully edit your card. I got an online credit and went to use it at the store and got rejected since it was too late to place an online order but yet the store was still open, drove there and couldn’t even use a credit! I am trying again now because I love FUSIANs food, I was almost a platinum member and a regular customer about 2x a week before they took my points away. Huge disappointment from the previous app, I am struggling to see the benefits of the new app other than FUSIAN possibly moving towards a more corporate management structure.

Serious downgrade
The new update has removed the points / rewards system. There are no more status level (silver, gold, etc) and no more benefits for birthdays or special deals. There seems to be no point to this app anymore, might as well order in the restaurant (since this does not take long at all). Very disappointing and this has definitely made me less likely to be eating at FUSIAN going forward.
