One of the worst apps I have ever used
Can’t create account
Can’t create account because it thinks my Phone Number is incorrect
Number not working
tried to register to a new account and it kept saying add a valid UK number even though the number is correct
If I could give it 0 I would
Genuinely the worst app I’ve ever had to use. Impossible to use, unbelievably poor design. Basically unusable. I hate this app
Can’t sign up or book classes
This app is essentially non-functional. It crashes consistently, but aside from that, you can’t use it to register an account or book a class.
Just doesn’t work
Just want to book softplay. No wonder the sessions aren’t going. You can’t register as a new user. You can’t reset a password.
Awful App Functionality
I can’t book for family members on my membership. Plus the swim school section rarely works. Just pay a developer to fix the App and website.

Swimming for tech bros
It’s ironic that organisations who make a big deal about “making fitness accessible” actually mean “making fitness accessible for people who want to live their lives through their phones and the profoundly frustrating apps that now dominate our lives”. No doubt this saves said organisation barrel loads of money but it’s a depressing barrier to the simple act of “having a nice swim” for the rest of us. The existence of the app in the first place has already made a once simple and effective process worse. The fact that the app is so badly designed sort of adds insult to that injury. #turnofftech

Fusion Lifestyle
I am a member, if I attempt to book a slot on the app it asks instead for payment. I was asked what to do at the front desk, when this happens and was advised to call them and they will get me booked in but nobody ever answers the phone. I love the pool there and am completing a swimming fundraiser but all this is frustrating so much that I think I will end up ending my membership and paying more elsewhere where they have a working membership app/website with access to information.

Nagging Popups
Every time I go to book a session it displays the same annoying popup about cancellation policy. We get it, give us an option “do not display again”. Same goes with the offers, if I’m already a member then stop displaying new members offers every time I open the app.
Do not top up cashless payment.
The app refuses to acknowledge cashless payment, haven’t used the app for a while so updated it. I now can’t use the money in my account to book any classes or the pool. No way to use the money and no way to get a refund, how is this legal? Currently it feels like thieving by stealth😱 Not impressed fusion.

App is awful
The app is not user friendly and really hard to book sessions. It’s also now useless for booking a class more than a week in advance. Whoever thought this update was a good idea is an idiot

Doesn’t let you sign in regardless of the password!
Doesn’t Work!
We are actually unable to book activities using this app because it never recognises our log in details and we end up going around in circles trying to reset our password. Very stressful.
Worst app
Same issue ongoing as Hollie had in Jan on the review. It’s enough to make anyone move gyms tbh. Slow improvements all round from fusion over the years unfortunately.
Crashes On Launch
Used to work and now crashes on launch. Does nobody manage this?
