Awful app
Total junk that doesn’t work half the time. Forced to use this app by the department that is tracking everything you do on the device. Stay far away from it. Ever since axon bought Fusus everything has gone downhill incredibly quickly
Keeps track of you on or off.
This thing is truly a spy tool. It wants access to your location to remain on constantly. It wants access to your Camera and it wants access to your microphone. That is a no go, especially not on my personal phone. I feel like this is too much of an intrusion on your privacy.
Update Issue
AXON fix your app. Nothing updates. Calls are showing that are days old. What a mess.
Unusable
Fusus broke this app for IOS users months ago and have yet to fix it. Calls for service are not visible on the app at this time. Our city is paying for a useless app at this point, unless you have an android… and if you’re here, you don’t
Good Situational Awareness Tool
FieldWatch provides strong location accuracy for officer location in the field while giving teams the ability to see other team members locations for quick reference. The interface is easy to use with the option to receive messages from command when necessary. The live streaming capability allows officers the ability to provide command with videos. The videos are easy retrieve and are not stored on the device.
