They have great service and presentation, vs the other apps where it sometimes feels like the food is shook on the ride.

Çok şok kötü bi app, hep geç getiriyorlar müşteri hizmetlerini arayınca bilgi alıp size geri döneceğiz diyorlar ama hiç dönmüyorlar.. dolandırıcı gibi bişeyler
Terrible customer support
Ordered from a restaurant over an hour and 25 minutes ago. Calling customer support just results in them constantly hanging up.
Great concept, poor execution
Why have a selection of phone numbers from different countries if you can’t use them? Just have the countries you allow. Also, as a user I shouldn’t be seeing “Type Error”

I deleted the app because they charge high delivery rates and they deliver the food in at least 2 hours This app is a big waste of time and money

App seems to be getting worse
Something has gone wrong with payment on this app. It gets stuck if you add tip to the total. The app was barely ok to use - and customer service is baffling (Restaurants cancel without anyone notifying the customer)… now this new inconvenience. C’mon!

Rude and terrible customer service
If you Dont speak Turkish they won’t help you. On a few occasions, I had to call to ask about my order, and when I ask for an English speaker they say no and they hang up! Never been treated so poorly by a service provider. Disgusting…
Good concept, horrendous app
This app was either crafted by a school of 3yo's or a band of blind designer and a developer. It's miraculous that the purchase flow works. Restaurants complain that their selections are different than what's shown in the app. Your eyes ache when trying to browse, as the menus adhere to absolutely no UI / UX system existing on this planet (designer might have thought of this work as stellar, but it's simply a black hole)
I really wish to use this more often as it's more beneficial to restaurants compared to the competitors due to percentage cur, yet I don't want to barf right before my dinner and lose my appetite

Paranızla rezil olmak için ideal
Ne uygulamanın değişik fonksiyonları doğru çalışıyor, ne de zamanında yemeği gidip alabiliyorlar. Demin PaperMoon’u aradım, “efendim sipariş yarım saattir alınmayı bekliyor” dediler. Daha önce de böyle 1.5 saat gecikmeli ve soğumuş geldi…. Bu arada uygulama siparişleri bazen kafasına göre kabul etmiyor, kafasına gire diyorum çünkü size bir açıklama göstermiyor, mesela kredi kartını kabul etmediğini uygulama bi zahmet açıklayamıyor, ancak “kapıda öde” seçeneğini seçince bu ortaya çıktı…daha da yazarım ama kısaca her açıdan rezalet bir deneyim…

diğer yemek getirme servislerinden daha pahalı olması daha kaliteli bir hizmet alacağınız anlamına gelmiyor maalesef. ikidir aynı şey geliyor başıma o yüzden yorum yazma ihtiyacı hissettim. siparişim geciktiği için müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorum restoranla görüşüp hemen dönüyoruz diye telefonu kapatıyorlar ama aramıyorlar. hem daha pahalı hem de daha dandik hizmet istiyorsanız bu app i kullanabilirsiniz.

Quite possibly the worst delivery app
The title is definitely not an exaggeration. For an app that prides itself on delivering from high end restaurants, this has got to be the worst food delivery app. The menus and interface is in Turkish only without the ability to translate. Food took more than 2 hours to arrive despite charging a ridiculous delivery fee that’s literally 10 times more than what other apps charge. Don’t install this app unless you enjoy being robbed and laughed at.

I’ve been using other food delivery app for almost a year until I discovered Fuudy. It has many high quality restaurants options. It’d be better to see the app with English version.

Great dining option at home
There was a lack of delivery options in Turkey, especially for high-end and healthy restaurants. Fuudy is a great option if u want u eat at home but something fancy or also vegan&healthy. They have great discounts as well for some credit cards. Using it al lot since last year, having a great service 👍🏻👍🏻
