Its the worst app to order food from always wrong order and scam

Can’t order food if you have no Turkish phone number.
Absolutely frustrating experience
First day of our holiday. First order half missing. Half covered with spilled ice-cream. Immediately reported they show it resolved without doing anything. Reported again which remains under review.
Third grocery order: ordered 20 items, delivered 5 and 1 wrong item. Delivery guy says he didn’t have time after more than an hour of ordering. But the app shows fully delivered. They even sent me a tax invoice of 20 items delivered by email.
I lodged a complaint and it shows resolved after a few hours. I lodged another complaint, resolved again. But they didn’t do anything. Neither refund nor delivering the undelivered products. The customer care hardly cares.
I don’t know what to say.
Now 11 pm and we are without essentials, with kids travelling.

Double Order
this freaking app is so bad. I ordered a food and it ordered it 2 times. if you accidently click the order 2 times fast or the app glitches out the button disappears and comes back when u press again it orders the same food again.
