The worst delivery app I've ever used
It doesn't save my card details, so I have to enter them again for each order.
Refunds go to the in-app wallet by default, but the wallet can't be used for all stores.
Customer support simply doesn't respond.

Cant register
This is insane, you cant register but only login. How can i login when there is no registration. I have a Turkish phone but it keeps saying this number is not registered. What a joke!

Uygulamayı ilk indirdiğimde açılıyor fakat 2. 3. denememde açılmıyor sil yükle yapınca düzeliyor fakat aynı sorun yaşanmaya devam ediyor websitesinden sipariş etmek zorunda kalıyorum

App is very glitchy when you login it doesn’t work, when you enter your number it doesn’t work. Just a pile of junk tbh I never write reviews but this app is useless

Took money and didn’t receive my order
I ordered item’s from a dessert cafe the order went through money was taken from my account, the order was being processed the app then stopped responding I never received my order, money wasn’t returned, and the app is still not working or responding to anything

Order doesn’t go through without Turkish 90 phone number.
This app is great and they have option for english. They did everything to make it easy for the tourist but whats the point of all that when the tourist cant place an order without Turkish phone number. This is Soo stupid. Whenever reviews my review make sure to get this fixed.
If you want to make sure that the person is really in turkey then just have them share location and thats it, you don’t need Turkish phone number to verify the order. Totally BS.

An sich die beste App in Türkei um Essen zu bestellen. Leider haben wir einmal bestellt und beim 2 mal kamen Fehler und seid dem kann man nichts mehr bestellen. Solche Anfänger Fehler dürfen nicht passieren.

Surekli error kodu veriyor, adres bile yazilamiyor. Konum bulma calismiyor. Belli kartlari kabul etmiyor. Bununla ugrasmak yerine Getir’i indirdim, 5 dakikada hersey tamamdi ve yemek yola cikti. Bu kadar veri ihlali uzerine bari adam gibi app yapabilseydiniz. Web sitesi de zorunlu olarak app’e yonlendiriyor.

Die App ging zu erst. Ich hatte Bestellt, es fehlten 2 GANZE Burger, bin zum support gegangen für eine Teil rückerstattung und ich habe NICHTS bekommen. Danke an den lieben Abdurrahman vom Support für NICHTS. Und danach ging die app nicht mehr. Kein log in mehr, garnichts. App gelöscht & wieder installiert, andere Anmeldemöglichkeiten, andere email.. NICHTS. Ich weiß nicht mal wieso ich abgemeldet wurde. Unbrauchbar. Vermeidet die App

The app is weird, you can’t save your card, you need to enter card details each time you make an order.
On top of that, if a place accepts your order and does not deliver your order, you will be treated as if it’s your fault, because you used their service.
