Frustrating Customer Support Experience
Very disappointing customer service experience.
For more than a month, I have been trying to resolve a payment issue that suddenly appeared on my account. My credit cards were previously accepted without any problems, and the same cards continue to work on other platforms. Despite explaining this multiple times, I kept receiving the same scripted response blaming my bank.
I was repeatedly told that my case would be escalated and that I would receive a follow-up, but I never received a phone call, email, case number, or any meaningful update. Each time I contacted support, I had to explain the entire issue from the beginning.
The most frustrating part was that the chat was ended without providing a solution or a clear way to track my case.
Customers deserve transparent communication, proper case tracking, and follow-up when a problem remains unresolved. Unfortunately, I did not receive any of those.
