Littered with problems. Don’t waste your time if using on iphone.
Useless if using iPhone. Littered with sign up problems. We gave up in the end. Read other reviews.
Just useless
Tried connecting at hospital site, previously no problems. Now wants all your details email, phone etc but then will not let you log in, email not valid, phone number cannot be entered. Very badly designed and no doubt now selling my details.
Poor interface
Paid for parking to use charger in Bury St Edmunds Ram Field car park. Charging point wouldn’t recognise cable connection. Nothing on charging unit to indicate it was unserviceable. Very frustrating, poor customer experience. 🤬
Ease of use
Love how easy it is to charge. Scan the bar code and off you go.
Garbage
This app is always logging me out. I hate Fuuse. They take your money and never refund it back for over a week.
Some trouble
Despite being tap and go that would never worked on two machines and so we had to use the app. It was okay but could’ve been better.

Newbies Very Happy
New to all of this. Slight panic as Apple Pay not working properly. Rang the Fuuse helpline . Answered after a minute on a Sunday morning at 9.30. Very helpful . Great experience. Thanks.
Totally useless
App does not show any chargers anywhere in the UK. Great work on creating a useless app.
Good luck
Yet another ev app to download and didn’t disappoint as expectation low. Took my £40 payment but failed to charge after many attempts to get it connected. All for a 7 kWh charger. Other users in the location seemed to be having the same issues.
Forest Holidays
Booked a lodge with a EV charger outside the lodge. So easy to connect after a day in the area and car charged ready to explore the area without the worry of charging. Had to connect to App to begin charge but had no issues and visible inside lodge of car charging level and can be stopped charging without leaving lodge. Great App.

Temperamental
Easy to use app, generally ok however the app has glitches from time to time.
Once connected to a charger it takes a few times to operate it, sometimes not able to switch it off when the car has finished charging, this prevents the removal of the cable.

I am fortunate that my employer has fitted these EV chargers which off subsided rate for their employees & it works a treat for me 👍
Glitchy and unreliable
Unfortunately this app makes my charging experience insufferable. We have several chargers installed at work, controlled via the Fuuse app. Regularly refuses payment, despite many attempts with different methods. Often crashes out stating the chargers cannot be located despite scanning the QR on the charger itself or searching the name. Very frustrating.

Awful network
Awful network. Chargers don’t work, or cut out after starting. Even if central team reset them then the app stops working. Awful, awful network & system.
Rubbish
App will not allow me to log in using any of the methods (Google, Apple nor email) app just refreshes after selecting an option and gets stuck in the cycle. Guess I’m not charging at work!
