Fuzzy’s review
This restaurant was very good. They closed all of the ones in my area, so now when I go out of town and see one I try to go. I tried the new Fuzzy’s and Marqs but it’s not the same. I hate the new ones. The food doesn’t taste the same, especially the cheese dip. The workers in this one were super nice and I really enjoyed this one.

A Great Value!
In a time when everything seems so expensive, Fuzzy’s prices put a smile on your face, thinking about the old days when you didn’t have to take out a loan to take your family out to eat. All these savings wouldn’t be any good without quality food and Fuzzy’s has that covered too. Highly Recommend this spot!

Broken App
This app is terribly broken. I got to the end of ordering and went to pay and the app kept giving me an error that it could not verify my basket and would not let me continue to check out. I had to go down to the store and order directly after waiting in line for 20 minutes. When I told the person taking my order at the counter that the app was broken, they responded with “we’ve been having all kinds of issues with the app”. So obviously they are aware of the issue. It seems to have been broken for awhile so I can only guess they are not able to fix it or just don’t care enough to fix it.

Consistently Bad Chips
Fuzzy’s chips are stale 95% of the time. The chips I got from the store are worse than one week old tortilla chips from Chilis.
Food is great and so is the queso but the chips will let you down every time.

The staff at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop are always very welcoming and provide a memorable experience every time we visit. The cooks remember you after visiting a few times and are always happy to see returning customers. I always enjoy the level of customer service offered at this location! Our grilled shrimp house, salads were excellent with the exception we got the wrong salad dressing, although that was OK with an exchange. y’all were extremely busy. The only problem was after the fact, the vinaigrette house dressing. Gave one of us extreme heartburn. Just wondering 🤔if you use seed oils? Or the good oils in the salad dressing😳

Points are confusing to redeem
I constantly waste points ordering online because this app is confusing to redeem them. To redeem them in store is one method and to redeem with online ordering is another method. However the app prompts you to use the in store method for online ordering and you cannot cancel point redemption if you select the wrong method. It needs to be clear to not select unless you are in store. It’s very frustrating.
