Literally junk can’t log back in didn’t even get a confirmation on creating my account. I’m not paying a cent, want to delete the account. Can’t even go through the website, just another scam to get you in debt. Completely useless.

Literal Scam. I shopped here because they had a lot of kpop albums. The cashier tells me about the backstage vip pass which by the way he described it was a typical FREE account that you would gradually gain points on as you shopped there more often. Cool right? WRONG!!!! Monthly they started charging me $11.99 for this backstage pass. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR. Anyways I tried to cancel but everywhere online claimed I had to go in store to cancel. So today I went in to cancel it and the cashier working this time was a girl. She told me she couldn’t cancel it in store but she could give me my User number so I could cancel on the app. Great I can finally cancel it! WRONG AGAIN!!! I attempt to type in the numbers she gave me to log in and it was a FAKE ID I even called customer service and that number was also not found in their database. Im going to have to go to the bank and get a completely new debit card. moral of the story THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

i’ve tried logging into my account multiple times, i’ve called customer services and i’ve emailed multiple times. they say they can’t cancel my subscription (that i was signed up for when i was at an in person store by my email) i was asked if i wanted to create an account with my email at the store so id be updated on new sales or products, and then after signing up i was told if i didn’t cancel my “membership” that id be charged every month, i had only wanted to sign up for emails to be sent to me about the store, not any membership. when i call to cancel this membership i’ve been told “sorry we can’t cancel it, goodbye.”

i’ve been trying so long to cancel. they did not give me a username and i keep getting charged. i’ve never used this and they make it so difficult to cancel. i’m about to go to my bank to get a new card cause i can’t take it anymore!
Scammy in store sign up
They sign you up in the store and after gathering all your info for. “Discount card” they tell you its a paid membership that cost money. Had to download app and jump through hoops to cancel.

Epitome of a bad, greedy company. Tried to unsubscribe multiple times, ended up always being billed each month. Even reported it as fraudulent to my bank, which only worked for about a year before the charges stealthily started coming back in. Have been charged around $500 I didn’t even know I was spending over the course of 5 years. Haven’t even gone to an FYE more than twice in that time. When you call, they do everything other than give you an easy way to end your subscription. Only extremely recently did they add a way to cancel subscription on the app, but for years the only way was the call them, which would result in sales pitches, promises of cancellation, then getting billed again next month. Stay far away from FYE, they’re scum as a company, and the backstage pass is nothing more than a crappy coupon book.

Sketchy and Difficult
Do not get this app or sign up. When you first sign up for the account, they give you a slip of paper with your account number that they don’t even tell you about. And I lost mine so now I’m locked out. Customer service is unhelpful and it’s nearly impossible to unsubscribe. Literally a scam and an overall awful experience. Cancelling as soon as I can.

Too hard to cancel membership
So I went to a fye and decided to get the membership to save a few bucks of my order. I never activated my account afterwards, thinking it wouldn't charge me for anything yet.
Ended up charging me anyways! And I literally had to google how to cancel because they make it so complicated and don't explain on the site and app.
