Slow App
The recipes are awesome but the app is terrible slow and buggy

I signed up for this in late September under the impression I was paying almost $700 for 3 months. No. Caveat emptor. My fault. It was that amount for a 6 month subscription plus $229 per month for the medication. After a video call, they send your medication…with such a low dose that I lost 4 pounds in 2 1/2 months. Really? It wasn’t until January with higher doses that I began to lose weight. I wouldn’t mind as much if this app actually worked. At least 95% of the time I couldn’t log in. I never entered my weight or measurements because it never worked. It had great tools, such as tracking your food, water, exercise, etc. IT NEVER WORKED!!! I would occasionally get a message stating that not everyone loses weight every month and it would work soon…the only encouragement I received because again, I wasn’t allowed to EVER enter my progress or anything else, so the app thought I was at my starting weight every month! My 6 month subscription is done, my last month of meds is on the way and I will say good riddance to this awful app with an awful, non-caring company. All they want is your money. Find someone more reputable.

Company isn't truthful
I have struggled with this company and their service for a very lomg time. They charge you and never ship and you have to spend hours on the telephone. For quite sometime I haven't been losing weight and finally their last dr told me to go off the medicine for atleast 2 months if I wasn't satisfied. As per G-Plans website they have a guarantee that they will refund your membership which I paid 2 months ago. NOPE. I was told every lie they could tell and every reason in the book pulled from some unknown place. They are liars and thieves. Not reputable at all. You can NEVER speak with someone in charge and they give you wrong telephone numbers. Find a honorable company instead. This one is a scam

Don’t do it
Horrible customer service. Keep trying to cancel and they keep charging.
Poor support
The app crashes every time its try’s to open. It takes several tries before it will open. I tried the meal plan and every meal plan (3 weeks worth of meals) that I received was ruined. Not enough ice and meals arrived at room temperature. I was not able to get a refund and a replacement meal that was sent arrived at room temperature too. Terrible customer experience from the company and the meal plan.

Can’t track weight
The app continually, when trying to put in weight and measurements says, “error-send report”. This has been going on for months without resolution. Please fix issue. Obviously reporting the error DOESNT resolve the issue

Loads Slowly
The app loads very slowly. I typically have to open it, let it think, close it, then reopen. It loads the 2nd time. For ANYTHING useful you need to do you have to chat with customer service

Everything about this company is amazing. It’s easy to talk to the doctors any questions I answer them very knowledgeable. Highly recommended take back your life.
Scammers
Advertising to have telecom appointments, when none are available. The support is non existent. They charge you $129 to not even have the products available that they advertise and then do not respond on support lines.

My experience with GPlan
I was 242 pounds January 2024 and now I’m 148 pounds today. It took a while but it’s all worth it. I exercised so my skin shrunk along with my fat. No droopy skin. I’m very happy and very healthy.
I tell everyone to go to the GPlan website and join. The price is fair and the Doctors are fantastic.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
DO NOT USE GPLANS. This is basically a scam. I should’ve noticed the reviews saying this going back several years. Gplans is using false advertisement where they tell you $400 for your membership for 4 months of medication, then after you sign up and pay for it, you’re charged ANOTHER $400, which they say will cover your 4 months of medication. But THEN you’ll come to find out it’s actually $400/ a month for 4 months. It’s surprise after surprise and the customer service is basically useless. The medication I received hasn’t even worked and I’ve been given no guidance or help with it. I am so sad and disheartened by how this has gone. In addition, the app is terrible to navigate and constantly glitches out; you are just another number to them and you don’t have a specific doctor you can talk to through your journey. I can in no way recommend anyone to use this platform.
