Zero options for clothing
Every time I see an advertisement on G-star there is something really interesting, I go to look and see if it is in the app and it doesn’t exist, or it’s in a another country, this clothing company blows.
App update disaster
The recent app update totally broke the user experience I valued. While it's faster, interactions feel less refined, and it's been buggy lately. I'm wondering if the quality of the clothing is falling from the stars, too?

Horrible update
The redesign of the app is horrible. Before it was so easy to shop and pay, now Apple Pay is no longer supported and the regular payment is super buggy. Please bring back the old version!
App update layout is outdated & boring
You’ve made it harder to just search everything (extra taps). Shame. Tje more i use it, the more useless i realise it is. You’ve fallen a long way.
