Zero options for clothing
Every time I see an advertisement on G-star there is something really interesting, I go to look and see if it is in the app and it doesn’t exist, or it’s in a another country, this clothing company blows.
App update disaster
The recent app update totally broke the user experience I valued. While it's faster, interactions feel less refined, and it's been buggy lately. I'm wondering if the quality of the clothing is falling from the stars, too?
App update layout is outdated & boring
You’ve made it harder to just search everything (extra taps). Shame. Tje more i use it, the more useless i realise it is. You’ve fallen a long way.

Decent app but when looking for code it’s greyed out so you could quite easily miss putting in your discount code.

Endless scroll
Resets the scroll back to the start after I look at products. Annoying. Otherwise good.

Tall thin guy reviewing. In a nutshell: super quality clothing; great fit; fast shipping. Slim fit for work and skinny fit for everything else. Regular fit a little too loose for me but ok for winter when layering. Still have my first pair of 3301 jeans from 12 years ago. My wardrobe is GStar, Nordstrom and P448 for shoes. Enjoy!

I absolutely love the they layout of the app. It’s easy to look throughout the many different ways to find what exactly you are looking for. They not only give you a glimpse of how they fit they pictures also allow to see the real colour up close.The descriptions are easy to read and very detailed. The products although pricey they still have discounts from time to time making it easier to purchase their products which are very well made and designed. I truly appreciate the craftsmanship as their quality shows respect in their craft and creative functional design.

I got a new phone. My login information did not work to log into the app, only for the website. It took a while to get a real person and all they told me was to use the website instead of the app because the experience is much better and then ended the chat. So lame.

My favorite brand
I love G-Star for their unique designs and high quality clothing. The app makes it easy to browse and shop. I love that I can mark items that I like to revisit later. They also offer several sales and discounts to app users. My only small complaint would be for more consistency in sizing…but that is an issue with all clothing brands. Overall very pleased with the app and the company.
