Scam and manipulated a minor
G2A Support,I am requesting an urgent investigation regarding a transaction involving my 13-year-old son and a seller who used G2A as part of the payment process. My son was attempting to purchase a pair of sunglasses from an online seller. Over a period of approximately five days, the seller repeatedly contacted my son and requested additional payments, stating that more money was needed in order for him to receive the item. The total amount paid was $189. 25, and my son never received the merchandise. In addition to the suspected fraudulent activity, the seller also sent inappropriate videos to my minor child during this interaction. We are extremely concerned that this individual may have intentionally targeted and taken advantage of a minor. We are requesting that G2A immediately investigate this seller/account, review the transaction history, and assist with recovering the funds if possible. We are also requesting that appropriate action be taken regarding this seller to prevent further harm to other users. I have already contact the authorities. I haven’t “gotten by order” yet from the seller because it was revealed after I purchased that it was an account and not a key which I did not want to - the chat bot is useless please sort it out

Great way to get around town
I spent a lot of money on this app to get cheap steam games , I’ve only had a couple of issues with the sellers and not the app itself but they have been resolved , my only complaint is I wish us G2A plus members have a way to get our free key each month thru the app and not the actual website , other than that I absolutely love finding cheap cheap games to fuel my gaming addiction while spending pennie’s to the dollar and growing my steam game collection which is nearing 1900 games

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I PAID FOR SUNKENLAND AND RECEIVED AND EMAIL WITH A LINK THAT TOOK ME TO A WEBSITE WHERE IT GAVE ME A WHOLE NEW STEAM ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD. IN WHICH IT WANTED ME TO LOGIN INTO THE NEW ACCOUNT AND CHANGE THE EMAIL AND PASSWORD JUST TO GET THE CODE FOR THE KEY. THE STEPS THE WEBSITE GAVE TO GET THE KEY DIDNT WORK SO I MESSAGED THE SUPPORT TEAM JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME ITS IN THE STEAM LIBRARY AND THEY DONT REFUND, then closed my support ticket with COMPLETED!

G2A is one of the worst marketplaces I’ve ever used. It took TWO WEEKS just to verify my account so I could receive a payout, then another 3 days sitting around waiting for “confirmation.” Absolutely ridiculous for a company handling digital transactions in 2026.
The fees are outrageous too. They nickel-and-dime you at every step, and on top of that the minimum payout amount is absurdly high, so they basically hold your money hostage unless you keep selling more.
The platform is also flooded with scammers, shady sellers, invalid keys, region-locked products that aren’t clearly labeled, and accounts/items that can get revoked later. Buyer and seller protection both feel weak unless you’re a massive account.
Support is painfully slow and refunds are a nightmare. The entire experience feels like a gray-market casino where you just hope you don’t get burned.
Avoid if you value your time, money, or sanity.

Doesn’t stand behind their customers
I thought I was buying one thing and bought something else by accident. I contacted G2A and the seller within minutes. The Seller refused to give me a refund and G2A refused to get involved and protect me as a customer. I feel scammed. What the seller sold me I also found out goes against Xbox user policy and I could’ve been banned for even using it. They still did nothing. Use G2A at your own risk, but I recommend not using them at all.

Best place to get cheap steam games , Usually if steam has a sale on a game g2a has it even cheaper , my only complaint is I wish you can access your free monthly key through the app instead of going to the website but it’s a very small complaint

I recently bought a 1 year Xbox live for over 100 dollars on this website I had no idea that you could sell Accounts I thought I was buying a 12 month membership to Xbox live when in reality they sold me a account with live on it after telling the seller that I didn’t know it was a live account and if I could get a refund he told me that he couldn’t even though I haven’t even opened the purchase up yet please help me out with this it was not clear that it was account until after I bought the product it popped up in big words saying that this is a account not a membership !

Customer service is nonexistent
Been almost a week and no reply to my ticket that was made. Customer service does not exist probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Would not recommend.
