Slow app/not loading
I do enjoy some of the shows that are available on this app. However, I am very annoyed that it would take forever to load/log into my account constantly. It kept logging me out all the time. Even with the constant new updates, nothing is fixed. I am always having the same problems. And the fact that I am paying for the subscription, just for it to sometimes work is a waste of my money. I also wish they would change the way we can skip forward and go backward for certain scenes without having the pause the video.

app doesn’t even work
i downloaded the app and watched 2 episodes of a show, then the app completely stopped working. the home screen was blank, and when i tried to sign in, it said there was an error. even when i redownloaded it, it still did the same thing.

My opinion. do not recommend
I got this app after seeing lots of people get it, but I regret it. Literally all of the gay/BL shows are only vip and I’m not paying for vip to watch shows. Some of them are free, but only one or three episodes are. So I do not recommend this app unless you’re willing to pay 8 dollars a month.
Not tracking viewing
Its not tracking my viewing history making it a god damn nightmare to track weekly updating shows!!!!
Subtitles
The white subtitles are difficult to read. When the background is white, I miss the words completely. Please change the subtitles to black or another contrasting color. Other than that, the app itself has a good selection.

I am literally unable to open it on my TV it almost never opens unless I try multiple times, it also does not let me fast forward or anything. Ridiculous it is extremely frustrating.

Not available in my region
The app doesn’t allow any content to play for me, saying they aren’t available in my region, on any device. I’ve tried my TV Roku, my tablet, even my phone. Every single time it says every series or movie isn’t available in my region. Every show. Nothing plays for me. I’ve reached out to get help like 8 times in the past few weeks and I’ll get one reply and then nothing.
I know which ones are available in my region, it’s just the app that won’t work. Logging in and out, updating apps, nothing works. And nothing plays. I pay for my subscription but I can only watch on an internet browser which is really inconvenient. I just want the app to work again.
The email responses I’ve gotten I’ve replied every time with everything they ask me for. My IP address, the devices I’m using, how every single show on the platform app won’t play, but then I never hear back again. It’s sad to pay for GagaOOLala and nothing works.

I love this platform! It has terrific diverse content that I love! It feels like every one has space here to enjoy! My only 2 wishes: the player would fast forward without pausing and I could separate organize my watch list.

The app is amazing but there’s a big problem with the subscription because I tried so many times to pay and subscribe to upgrade to VIP but every time I upgrade to VIP nothing works. I tried everything to see why it still wasn’t letting me watch VIP even though I paid it for the subscription. Even contacting GagaOOLala didn’t work

I use the TV app and I love it but, could you please have the option in profile or settings to make the text larger and with a black background. I know that option exists in other formats of this app.

I can’t even sign up / sign in
I try to sign up maybe 5-10 times each time it says a code will be sent to my email I never get the code I wait until it says resend never get it I try again it still doesn’t send.
Could be better
I downloaded this app to watch the Thai show Flower Boy as seen a clip of it on TT. I made the subtitles bigger and then when I was watching the show some of the subtitles were missing from the page. Make the subtitl es smaller and I can’t read them. Also you can’t clear your continue watching. I first thought you had to finish a show to make it disappear from continue watching. But even if you finish a show it still stays there. Finally, if you remove something from your list it stays there instead of disappearing. No matter how many times I refresh the page it still won’t disappear from continue watching. Canceled my subscription after three months and will not be renewing

Great Content, Bad App
I notice there are reviews about the setting screen never going away and it is so sad that after one year they have not fix such error.
Please fix it
I enjoy the app, but I can never get the subtitles to work properly on my phone or my tv no matter how often I reset or close out and go back in. I currently can’t even get the videos to play. I want to be able to keep enjoying the shows but I have to have the subtitles in order to understand what’s going on.
