Not working today
I was able to go in the app once. I put my phone down once I seen what books I had checked out. A few minutes later I was signed out and for the past 6 hours I close it out and repeated the app is not opening/loading. All I see is the green screen with the leaf. Nothing else shows up or loads.
Bummed
Unfortunately, I have to give this app only one star. If even that. I use this app all the time - but lately I either can’t log in, or it boots me out before I even get to that step. The library IT helped me once…worked ok for a couple weeks, and now I can’t get in at all. PLEASE FIX THIS!
Painful to use
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. It is painfully slow to load, it is often unresponsive to touch inputs, results load very slowly, if you open the app switcher and focus back in the app, it takes you back to a past screen, etc. Feels like an app built 20 years ago with zero user testing. Don’t bother using this app.

Awful
The app won’t even let me sign in, and yes, I’ve deleted and reloaded the app multiple times. It used to work, and now it just doesn’t. Do better!
