Great app! Helps me make quick and easy loan payments and easy to use checking system! 10 out of 10 would recommend. I have 1 gripe. I wish is that Gain supported Apple Pay or google pay. Can’t use the debit cards on your phones. This is why I haven’t fully committed as my primary account.
No Push Notifications
The app give you options to be alerted for transactions or changes & the push notifications no longer work. Stopped working a few months ago but the option is still there?? And half of the time, it’s just better to use the browser than the app. Make the push notifications work again at least, please!

Never Loads on iPad
I can never get this app to load on my iPad. I try logging in with my account and it’ll just load indefinitely afterwards. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app the issue persists. To make matters worse, there isn’t an easy or straightforward way to get support for the app. Get this fixed.

Best customer service ever. I was tempted to go to the credit union that financed my car, but I didn’t because Linda’s customer service is great and I doubt I would find that anywhere else.

Unhappy !
The new platform is horrible. Everything is hard to manage. Bill Pay is completely ruined. I am considering changing banks now. Been with you guys for over 25 years . Always loved it , but not anymore.

No bill pay without safari
If you are using an IOS device bill pay is not available on the app if you have another browser other the safari as your default.
Since the launch of the new app the bill pay feature would not show up at all. I called Gain and spoke with a representative and sent an email. Long story short, I reinstalled the app multiple times, reset all settings on my phone, deleted potential conflicting apps then finally figured out that it is because I use Chrome as my default browser that bill pay would not show up on the app.
I did not receive any help from Gain but was made to feel like I simply was not looking hard enough for the bill pay feature. Hopefully that bug is fixed in the future.
