Absolutely LOVE!
I’ve been using this app conjunct training with Gregory and am very impressed by the changes that are happening. The recipes it has provides all the ingredients needed. The workouts are all lined up and timer ready. The videos show exactly how to do the excersize routine. You can also communicate with the trainer through the app. It’s absolutely easy, and well worth the time and energy. Must have!
